It was almost like fate, the way the events of the night unraveled. The sky shone a dark black and a storm raged through the city, shutting all of the UA students inside of their dormitories.

Kaminari sighed and leaned over the back of the couch, poking at the edges of Kirishima's hair, letting out small zaps to get the boys attention. "Is there anything we can do in here?" He groaned, rolling over the edge of the couch to sit next to Kirishima.

The red headed boy smacked at his hand and shook his head, "I don't know dude. We have board games, but that's about it. I don't know if they're even playable. Remember last time? Bakugo lost and kind... boom.." Kirishima made an explosion with his hands, looking over at Denki.

"I know what we can do!" Iida yelled from down the hall, speeding into the living quarters. "We can study! There's nothing better than being over prepared for class tomorrow!"

The whole class groaned and began to murmur over ideas. They went through the board games and didn't find any still in one peace, they tried to play tag- but Iida kept winning. It was useless. So as the class was distracted brainstorming, Denki snuck off.

He opened the front door of the dorms and stepped out onto the porch. He felt the rain droplets on his face as the wind picked up, with a sigh he ran his hand through his fluorescent hair. "Struck by your electric..." he mumbled softly as the thunder began to get louder. That's when he heard it.

A woman, a girl? He couldn't tell which, but they were calling for help. They needed help and he didn't know if anyone else was around, So he pulled the hood of his grey jacket up and bolted into the storm.

"Please, someone help me!" Haz screamed into the storm, her legs caught underneath a piece of debris from the wind. "I can't move! Please!" Tears stung her eyes and her brown hair was plastered to her face.

Denki ran around the corner of the old gymnasium and spotted her, taking note of the severity of the situation. "Miss! I'm here. It's going to be okay!" He fell to his knees beside her when he reached her and tried to pry the metal up, but alas he couldn't. "Don't worry. I'm going to get you out of here."

Haz's heart began to race, she was hyperventilating. "P-please. I need out. I need out.. p-please!" She cried, gripping his sleeve.

The boy stopped and grabbed he hand, "Look at me. Okay?" He paused to give her a smile, "I'm not going to let anything hurt you. Breathe for me. I'm going to call the paramedics and I'm going to get you out of here. What's your name, sunshine?" He comforted, rubbing circles into her palms.

"H-haz." She whispered, squeezing his hand gently. "Promise me.." she began, "you won't go."

Kaminari smiled and nodded, "I'm not going anywhere. I'm going to try to get this off of you. When I push, pull your legs okay? We can do this, Haz. You can do this." He promised, letting go of her hand to grasp the metal.

She nodded and braced herself on the ground, and when he made a little leeway for her to move, she yanked her legs out and pushed herself as far as she could get from the debris.

The boy pulled his phone out and called the teachers and the paramedics, putting his arm under her legs and her back to carry her back to the dorms. "See, what did I tell you? I am a hero after all." He laughed slightly.

Haz nodded, "Thank you so much.. but I don't even know your name?" She looked up at him, meeting his eyes.

"My name is Denki Kaminari, but you can just call me your hero." He winked playfully, pushing the dorm doors open with his foot.
