Introduction

Yesenia's POV

Hi. My name is Yesenia Monroe Reed. I had an identical twin sister but she went missing. We moved to Folkskims two months ago. I made a friend, Marina, and my brother Pedro came back from New York to live with us.

*Eight years ago*

I look at my necklace and wonder where my sister is, what she's doing, and who she's with.

''Mom, do you think Yessie's coming back?" I asked my mom, even though she hated talking about that subject.

''I'm sure she'll be back soon. She's not forgotten about us. No a tiny bit" She said between sobs.

Nesenia's POV

Hi. My name is Nesenia Reed. I was abandoned when I was little and all that I have from my past is a black pendant.

''Aunt Stefani, what do you think happened to me when I was abandoned?'' I asked.

''I don't think you wanna know.''

PRESENT DAY

Nessie's POV

I saw a sign up sheet for the talent show and I was convinced that I would win. Since I've won the last five years in a row. Did I mention I'm a very good singer? Guess not.

''Hey, do you know-'' The girl talking to me stared like she was trying to remember something. ''Oh, I remember now, you're the girl whose won in the talent show the last five years. Hi, I'm Yesenia, but my friends call me Yessie!''

''Hi, I'm Nesenia. Are you trying out for the talent show?''

''Me! No, no, no. I have 0 talent''

''Okay then.'' I wasn't giving up on her.

''Well, I have to go pick up my schedule. See ya.''

As soon as she was out of site I signed her up for the talent show. She looked a lot like me though. Exactly like me. Weird.

I was up next. And I hadn't thought of what to use for the audition. But then I remembered the perfect song...

I ran to the stage as fast as I could. I've never been more nervous in my life. Probably because Principal Pents was the judge. The wicked witch of the west.

Everyone was in shock! Well, I'm not surprised but this was a sign that I would win this year.

Yesenia's singing was amazing. I wonder why she said she's not good at singing. Forgot to mention that it's a singing talent show.
