Great, I got a nickname and a hospital stay

I walked back to the hill where Will was waiting for me, I'd confessed my err- "crush" to Percy. To be honest, I hadn't felt attracted to him in a while, but he still deserved to know. In fact, the guy I was currently attracted to happened to be the guy I was heading towards.

"Hey Nico, what did you tell Percy, he looks like you said that you filled his wardrobe with squirrels." Will said as I reached him.

"Nothing, everythings fine." I kinda lied.

"Alright, Death boy, now let's go, you owe me three days in the infirmary." The Apollo kid said as he headed towards the Big house. (I think the infirmary is in or next to the Big house)

"Don't call me that." I said as I tried to stay in stride with the older teen.

"Call you what?" He said innocently.

"Death boy" I answered in a huff.

"Would you like to be called Shady guy?"

"No" I said much to his amusement.

"Maybe you'd prefer Neeks?"

"Okay, fine, Death boy it is." I finally agreed.

He laughed and I took a moment to just look at him, at his blonde tousled hair and tan skin an- NO NICO, HE PROBABLY ISN'T EVEN GAY.

We reached the infirmary and there was Apollo kids everywhere, healing all sorts on injuries, I felt a presence of death so strong I struggled to not puke. Will noticed my discomfort and looked concerned.

"What's wrong? Is it the whole 'Child of Hades death thing'?"

"Yeah" I responded.

"Well, there's a room in the back that the Hecate cabin and my dad's cabin worked together to make, just in case , you shouldn't sense any death in there." Then he lead me through the twisted hallways of the infirmary. We reached a room in the far back that was a simple white color with a peach trim.

"Alright, Death Boy, I'll check up with you in a few minutes, but right now I got to help Abby (I made her up) sew some guys arms back on." Will said before he closed the door.

I sat down in the surprising soft cot and noticed right next to it was one of the goblets and plates we use for meal time. I wasn't hungry so I just sipped some water and looked at the ceiling.

As I walked out I let out a breath I'd been holding in, being with Nico was just so....GAH!! Ever since I realized my crush on the adorable Hades kid I didn't know what to do.

Only a few people knew, Abby, Austin, and Kayla. The ones I could be sure that they wouldn't say anything.

I walked to the room with the guy who needed his arms sewed on and steeled my nerves, I know from experience that this procedure is bloody.

***time skip to after that to spare you the gory details***

I walked out of that room, thirty minutes had passed, my siblings being the amazing people they are made ONLY me the care taker of Nico.

I entered his room to find him practically asleep, I didn't want to wake him, but I had to.

"Nico, are you awake?" I asked only to hear a groan in reply.

"Get out Will." Nico mumbled.

"No, get up."

He reluctantly and he glared at me then tried to smooth his bed heard. "What do you want, Solace?" he asked in an annoyed tone.

"To find put what you need in order to be back in good health." I answered before the young boy rolled his eyes but submitted to his doctor.
