So Kak never died in this (your welcome) it's right before part 4. 

"I'm home." Jotaro said as he walked into the house. He had just finished a hard day of work and wanted to relax with his lover.

"Jojooo!" Kakyoin said, running to the front door stopping in front of Jotaro. Kakyoin had paint all over him and looking up at Jotaro smiling.

"So how did your day at work go?" Kakyoin asked.

"It...was tiring," Jotaro said with a sigh. "There was a lot of paperwork on a rare dolphin species. And I had to write about starfish on top of that."

"Aww you poor thing." Kakyoin says, while bringing Jotaro in for a hug.

"You've got paint all over you." Jotaro says blankly.

"I don't care," Kakyoin purrs.

"But-" Jotaro starts.

Kakyoin uses Hierophant to pull Jotaro to him and wraps his arms around his neck. Star appears and wraps his arms around Kakyoin excitedly and tightly.

"Hehe, well it seems someone likes attention." Kakyoin says.

"Yare yare daze." Jotaro says blushing madly, while tipping his hat down with one hand and wrapping his other arm around Kakyoin.

Kakyoin giggles softly. "You know you can't resist me."

Jotaro looks away blushing even more, if that's even possible Kakyoin thought.

Kakyoin gently cradles Jotaro's face in his hands. "I love Jojo." He says before kissing Jotaro passionately.

"I love you too."
