“Let us talk about where we came from, before the Year of War, and before the creation of our kind. Lets pretend that the earth itself is more than several thousand years old...and lets assume that its billions of years old, and once there was a race, much like our own, intelligent and with the same destructive nature as our own. A bipedal race that thought of themselves more intelligent and important than the rest of the world and its creatures, till they drove them all to extinction...including themselves.”
“What would we call these creatures? Lets call them...Humans.”
The human race had excelled for thousand of years, building great cities, transforming the face of the earth as they knew it...and all the while slowly destroying themselves, until the earth couldn’t sustain them any more. It wasn’t like they hadn’t tried to stop what was happening to there perfect blue and green orb in space. They had tried saving the various animals and plants from their deforesting and pollution from there machines. But in the end they couldn’t settle on one way to save the world.
Finally at their wits end, wars raged and many lands became wastelands from the destructive force these humans into permanent hibernation. Scientists around the world had developed these...safety precautions that would be able to save millions if the end of the world ever came. Unfortunately only one eightieth of the worlds population was able to access these capsules, these humans being the ones with money. They died in the capsules as they failed to work, and in fact died faster than the humans not protected.
There is a theory that the humans were driven underground for protection, and evolved into the creatures and species we know now. The Huminis are said to be exact replicas of them, Elvic to be the taller more athletic versions, Giantas to be the large subspecies of Elvics, Aengels to be the product of Huminis interbreeding with birds and Earthlas are animals that had evolved to look some what Huminis like.
“Of course, these are just fairy tales! Everyone knows that we were created from Macore itself, and the others created from hell. We are the Elvic, we are the superior species, and we will rule Earth.”
Josef Sorrow listened wide eyed to the tale his teacher had told him. He had never heard of other species or were they had come from before. He wondered if his kind, the Elvic, were really closely related to Huminis...if this was true why were they attacking them? What gave them any right to destroy lives of creatures like them? Josef closed his eyes and sighed. One day...he would help to end this needless war. A little while later, he would regret making that promise.

Carol Sorrow knew that her husband and son should be home already, and she herself should have been there to greet them like a proper wife and mother. But she was currently trying to stop her Huminis lover from killing Carols husband for hitting her. The man, Jack, pushed her out of the way and stormed out of his house hell bent on killing Sam Sorrow, one of the most powerful men in the occupation of Huminis land.
When the Elvics took over Huminis land of the Deere Woods, they left many generals and there family’s to live off the rich land that had been occupied by the Huminis for hundreds of years. Needless to say the Huminis were not happy, Jack being one of them. He ran towards the small white stone house of the Sorrows, sword in hand. Once at the door he didn’t hesitate to kick it down and enter the small house. He saw the Sorrows son Josef stare at him in horror, a book of Agresol, the local Goddess of Elvics. Josef screamed for his father, the large Elvic rushed down the stares and stared at Jack dead in the eyes, gun in hand.
Jack knew he couldn’t reach Sam in time to kill him, a gun out did a sword anytime. So Jack, in one swift and fast motion, pulled out a dagger, threw it at Sam and slashed his sword at Josef. Sam's gun went off, shooting Jack in the chest and throwing him back, just as the dagger reached Sam, it imbedding itself in Sam's throat. Carol rushed in just in time to see both her Husband and lover fall tot he ground, both dead on contact. She screamed before rushing out to find someone to help her.
Josef stared at the two dead men in front of him, forgotten by his own mother. He looked down at himself, seeing pieces of shrapnel from the bullet and gun in his thigh and stomach, and the sword slash across his chest. He let a small whimper escape his lips as he stumbled out of the house. Once his feet touched earth Josef started walking. He didnt even think were but his mind wouldnt let him think, after watching his father killed by a Huminis...Josef realized why his kind hated them...evil. He closed his eyes and fell to the ground, hearing footsteps running to him, he passed out from blood loss.
