Ashleys Story

Ashley's POV*

Hey everyone it's Ashley this time! My loving husband [Sorry for spoiling our future Caleb.] decided to let me talk. So I'm just going to give my backround a little than just work up to where he left off.
My name is Ashley Silena Smith(it was anyways) and I was from Georgia before being sucked into the game. I had turned 14 a week before being sucked into here. I was in 8th grade and attended a private school.
I had only a few friends and a complicated family. People usually didnt bother talking to me and Id heard I was pretty but I never saw it. [Oh yes Caleb I know you think I'm beautiful.]
I spent a lot of time playing games and watching videos. I practiced archery and had become good with a bow. I loved going swimming and hiking.
Then I was sucked into Primordial War. It was over a week before I found the sign that led me to the city. I had survived barely and was happy to have a place to sleep safely. It was nice living there and it became even better when I went to the temple and met my future husband.
He snuck into the temple like I did to see what was there. I remember him learning about his part in all this. He was terrified I could tell but he kept his calm composure he always had. I would later learn why he was so calm.
Ok so let me describe my husband to you a little. He always had dark brown hair that he gelled up to look nice in the front. He was tall and lean with muscle that everyone mistook for weakness.(Caleb couldn't afford to be weak since he was a handyman with his dad and was always working on heavy lifting.) His skin was pale except for in the summer he got a nice farmers tan. He has warm dark chocolate colored eyes that usually looked calm until he got angry than they seemed to just radiate intensity that made everyone back down or when he was happy they radiated warmth and kindness.
The battle at the gates took place that day. I wasn't hurt and my armor and weapons I made with him worked better than I thought. Just my bow was able to keep mobs away till I ran out of arrows. I remember him coming from the sky and he cut their army down to nothing. He fought with such intensity and power that nothing could stop him.
Then he checked on me later that night to make sure I was ok. He didn't know I knew he was there. It was so sweet of him.
Then the night I spent at his house. He was so nice and caring. He made dinner, desert and even gave up his bed for me. Only problem was I had gotten cold and went looking for blankets but woke him up. He wasn't mad and he let me sleep in that bed since it was warmer. I asked him to stay and he sat in a chair until I told him he could come sleep in the bed.
He got in the bed and I could tell he was embarrassed. He slept facing the opposite way until he rolled over and bumped into me. I nudged right up to him and he put his arms around me and pulled me closer. He was so warm!
I remember kissing him and spending the rest of the night in his arms. Then the Thanksgiving party and all the fun times he had I had fallen in love with him.
Then that night he was training with Matthew and the others. I was at home alone. I was on the phone with Courtney when a light appeared in my room and Ethos appeared.
"Courtney Ethos just appeared in my room. Can I call you back?" I said.
"Wait Ethos? Ok yeah just call me back." She said and hung up.
"Hello Ashley." Ethos said. "Nice to see you."
"Nice to see you too." I said.
"Your wondering why I'm here aren't you?"
"Only a lot." I said. Honestly why wouldn't I be?
"I have news for you. Something that is being given to you." He said. "I have been told that you will be granted abilities. You will have the ability to command nature, you can heal wounds, fly, make concussive light appear anywhere to hit opponents and can open portals to get to places quickly or combat."
"Why am I being given these abilities?" I asked.
"You have a role to play Ashley. Maybe very important role, just as important as Caleb's." He said.
"How? Caleb is the most powerful person in here besides you." I asked.
"Trust me you will know when the time comes." He said. "There are trials you must overcome tomorrow. You will be partnered with Caleb."
"When are these trials?" I asked.
"Tomorrow." He said. "Now sleep." He waved his hand and I was passed out.
