"Only Time Will Tell"
A watch, presented on your wrist when you become the age of 3, will determine everything. When you meet your best friend for the first time, your enemy, Soulmate, ect. It even tells moments before you die. At the age of 18, you recieve a package in the mail which locates the place to meet your Soulmate. If a citizen believes the watch has made a mistake, they may be eligable to go back into time to reset the clock. It comes with a price. The person(s) may recieve a bad job, or a early and painful death if the choice is wrong. You choose.
