We got to Tadley's house and i started going through his movies trying to find something for us to watch. As i'm scanning through the titles my eyes stopped on one and i grinned as i pulled it from the shelf and held it up laughing.

"Really, Tad? 'Moana'?" I couldn't stop grinning, it's definitely not a title i thought i would see in Tadley's movies.

"Hey, i have a niece that stays with me occasionally! It would be world war 3 if she didn't get to watch it at least ten time a day/night." He insisted.

"Mmhm, sure. Blame it on your niece." I said with a wink. "Okay, i choose this movie!" I smirked at him while wiggling 'Moana' at him.

"Oh come on! Not you too!" He groaned. I just laughed.

"You're the one that let me choose!" I shrugged innocently. Tad groaned again taking the movie out of my hands, he walked over and put it in and then flopped down on the couch. I grinned and walked over and flopped down beside him as he pressed play on the remote.

We cuddled up and watched the movie and i couldn't help but laugh and smile as he started singing along with the songs. It was kind of adorable, not going to lie.

"What? I told you, she watches it ten times a day, it kind of gets stuck in your head..." He defended.

"I didn't say anything!" I exclaimed raising my hands.

"You were thinking it!" He pouted.

"Actually, i was thinking about how it was kind of adorable." I smirked at him.

"Oh, hush!" He said blushing, i couldn't help but to laugh again. He really is too cute!

"Hey, Tadley.....Were you serious when you said you were going to ask me out? Before i left?" I questioned quietly. It has been playing on my mind since the restaurant and i couldn't keep it in any longer.

"I was very serious... Hold on i'll show you." He got up and left the room, a few minutes later he came back in holding a sketchbook. He sat down beside me and opened the book up, i moved in closer to him and looked over his shoulder at the book. I gasped as he flipped a few pages and paused on a certain page.

It was a sketch of me.... I was smiling and looking down at the ground with my books pressed into my chest. I traced my fingers over the pencil marks and looked at Tadley in shock, but he was smiling down at the sketch as if he was seeing the most beautiful thing in the world. He flipped the page and a Polaroid picture slid down the page, he picked them up and looked at it for a few minutes with the widest grin on his face and then he handed it over to me. I looked at it and my breath caught in my throat.

"You still have this?..." I whispered in shock.

"Of course! It's one of my favorite pictures ever!" My eyes welled up with tears as he handed me a few more picture from the same night. It was Sophomore prom, he asked me to dance with him. At first i thought he was just asking as a cruel joke but he just kept insisting and wouldn't leave my side. One picture we were dancing, and he was making a goofy face at me and i had my head thrown back laughing.

Another picture i had my head resting on his shoulder and his lips were pressed against the side of my head. I always thought he was just trying to get my hair out of his face or something, but in this picture it's clear what he's doing. He was kissing me.

The last picture was an actual picture taken by the professionals at the Prom. Tadley had pulled me against him so my back was pressed to his front and he had his arms wrapped around me, i was holding onto his arms and we were grinning at the camera.

That night i thought he was just trying to be nice, but looking at these pictures it looks like we were in love, you could see the genuine happiness on my face, and you could see the affection in his eyes when he looked at me. A tear fell down my cheek and i sniffled.

"Who took these pictures?" I asked quietly.

"Lacey. She said she couldn't resist taking them, that you looked so happy, that that was the first time in a long time that you were smiling so much and were genuinely happy. Then a couple weeks later you were gone.." He said looking down at the pictures in my hands sadly. It made me feel like crap. He had all of these feelings for me and i didn't even bother to pay attention. I was too focused on someone who didn't want me, who didn't care about me.

"I'm so sorry, Tadley! I thought you were just being nice to me, that you felt sorry for me. I didn't know you liked me, who knows maybe if i would have known the truth i would have stayed.... I just didn't think there was anything here for me. I was tired of being humiliated, i was tired of hating myself. I never stopped to think about who i could be hurting by leaving. I was so selfish, i'm so sorry!" I felt so bad all of a sudden, i left because i was hurting, i never stopped to think about who all i would be hurting by leaving.

"You have no reason to be sorry, i should have spoke up sooner. Lacey and Ava knew about my crush, but i swore them to secrecy." He shrugged.

Before i could control myself i leaned in and kissed him. He was frozen in shock for a moment but then he finally responded. He cupped my face and gently caressed my cheek with his thumb and deepened the kiss. I climbed into his lap and pulled him as close to me as i could, but it didn't feel close enough. Tadley licked my bottom lip slowly and i granted him access, we fought for dominance, which he clearly won. We pulled away to catch our breaths and he leaned his forehead against mine and sighed happily.

"I've been waiting so long to do that..." He whispered softly.

"Well, i hope i didn't disappoint then.." I said trying to keep the smile off of my face.

"Never!" He pulled me back in for another kiss, and we spent the next few hours making out and cuddling. I was half tempted to cancel the plans for the club, but i knew that if i did the girls would be showing up here and dragging us both out.

"Wish we could just stay here all night..." I sighed in disappointment. I was excited to go to the club tonight, but now that i'm spending time with Tadley and feeling things i didn't know i could possibly feel for him i wasn't ready to leave this.

"You and i both, but Lacey and Ava would be pissed and we'd never hear the end of it." He said seriously. I laughed and shook my head.

"You're absolutely right! Or we'd end up on a case of unsolved crimes with the title 'They should have just went to the fucking club!'" I responded. Tadley threw his head back laughing and i couldn't help but laugh too.

I admired him as he laughed. He looks so cute! Head thrown back, the little crinkles by his eyes when he smiles big or laughs. Tad is one gorgeous man...
