"Long day at work I should visit Edward it's been a while since I last saw him "
"Lisa are you done " I heard the voice of my workmate and friend Beatrice saying...
"Yes and I want to visit Edward "
"But it's already past 8 pm he won't be expecting you "
"I want to surprise him" " I see"
"I wanna stop at the mall to buy him a gift our 2 years anniversary is coming up in a month "
"Well let me drop you " "ok let me get these documents to Mr Wilson for his signature then we get going "
I went to Mr Wilson for his signature and we went to the mall "what actually should I buy "
I asked Beatrice " Call him " "no I want it to be a surprise " and she sighed
I know she's tired with me and she is still here haha
" what about a wrist watch " "ok then"
And we went to the vendor "How much does this watch cost " "Ma'am this watch cost $200 dollars "
"ok give it to me " I paid for it and we went out of the mall
"It's been a long day "Beatrice said "I know right " "ok then see you on monday lisa"
"Thanks for assisting me today " "it's nothing...see you on Monday "
"see you " we both went our separate ways ,I went to Edward and she went home
I took about 45 minutes to reach Edwards place "Edward are you home " i asked but didn't hear any sound so I went directly to his room as soon as I opened the door what I saw shocked me
"EDWARD "they immediately stopped I saw shock registered on both of their faces, Edward face turned from shock to a smirk
This bastard
"How could you " I said to them as tears started spilling from my eyes
"Why didn't you inform me before coming lisa"
"Don't you dare call my name "
"what are you surprised seeing me and my baby enjoying ourselves "
"You lying,cheating bastard i trusted you with all my heart and you repay me like this "
" I never loved you Elisabeth I just used you ... you are not enough Lisa I never loved you and I never will "
"I turned to Alice "How could you Alice "
"you always have the goodies in life what about me...I love Edward and he loves me too right Edward?"
"I love you Alice...close the door behind you " and they continued their love making and completely ignored me
I walked out and shut the door behind me and went home
I took a cold shower and wore my pj..sat on top of my bed and started crying
"i guess I'm not meant to be loved just used this will be my last time falling in love again ..men are just users "
"This is not my home...San Francisco is not my home just then I remembered I have life savings that will buy me ticket to new York
First thing tomorrow morning I will be leaving San Francisco...I packed all my things and wrote resignation letter to my former office after all this i drifted off to sleep with one thing on my mind
