Chapter - 22

"So I just walk in?" Ladybug asked for the umpteenth time. Batman sighed. He was too old for this.

"Yes. The Zeta Tubes are harmless." Still skeptical, Ladybug walked in, and the flashing light signalled that she was at Mount Justice.

When the entire bat fam arrived with Ladybug, they found a... Chaotic situation occuring.

Every single member of the Justice League and the Young Justice were holding their weapons at Amy, who was sitting casually.

"Ahem" Batman coughed into his fist. Superman saw him first.

"Batman... Do you know who this is?"

"He does" Amy answered instead.

"He wasn't talking to you" Artemis snarled. She was clearly unfazed.

"And I wasn't talking to you." She answered back.

The heroine bristled, but didn't react, settling with shooting her a poisonous glare.

"Lower your weapons. She's not a threat" Night wing called out, both amused and concerned at the situation.

Wonder Woman was the first one to spot Ladybug.

"And who is that?" She asked, raising an eye brow.

She took this as her cue. "I'm Ladybug, one of the super heroes from Paris."

Everyone looked shocked.

"I wasn't aware there was a situation in Paris" Green Lantern said.

Before she could reply, Amy got up, and shot him a glare. Everyone shivered as the temperature of the room went down.

"You were the one answering her calls... You were the one who dismissed the threat as a prank... You are the reason why she is even here in this situation." She spat out, glaring.

Cold sweat trickled down his forehead when everyone trained their stares at him.

"Why the hell would you do that?" Flash asked, for the first time utterly serious.

That's when Aquaman walked in. Amy stared at him for a few seconds, before bursting out in heaps of uncontrollable laughter. Red Hood stared at her.

"What's happening?" Kid Flash muttered, staring at the situation with incredulous eyes.

"Oh... My gods... Arthur what the hades are you wearing?" She wheezed out.

That put everyone on high alert.

"How do you know his identity? " Black Canary asked.

No one expected what happened next. Aquaman stared at her with wide eyes. It almost seemed like he worshipped her. He dropped his Trident and fell to the ground on his knees.

"My Lady, I am honoured to be in your presence"

Aqualad stared at his king. Why was he kneeling to this girl?

Amy was extremely uncomfortable.

"Please get up. My brother has done much more." She said, pulling him to his feet.

He just fell to the ground again. She really wanted to facepalm right about now. Ladybug was thoroughly enjoying this. She had done her research, and considering the fact that Amy was the adopted daughter of the God of the Seas, it would make sense for Aquaman to kneel.

"Arthur please. I'm not the Drama Queen here" She said, sighing.

Thunder rumbled outside.

"Why are you kneeling to her? What has she done?" Artemis asked, glaring at Amy and staring at Aquaman.

"You should be kneeling as well" He said, respect evident.

Wonder Woman glanced at her, trying to understand what Aquaman had seen.

"What's your name?" She asked. Maybe that would help.

"Amy" She said.

Kaldur's eyes widened. He dropped to the ground as well, kneeling in respect. His idol, and hero-crush was right in front of him, and he never realised it. He always admired Amira, what she had been through in her first 10 years was enough to put anyone in an insane asylum.

"My Lady I'm so sorry. I didn't recognise who you were"

Amy growled.

"Oh my gods get up. Don't bow to me. I haven't done anything to earn your respect. If anything my brother has done more than me. And Call me Amy"

"What the fuck is happening right now?" Red Hood asked, looking between the three.

Ladybug laughed.

"You'll see" She said.

Meanwhile, Amy was trying to pull the two Atlanteans onto their feet. They were stubborn.

Wonder Woman stared. Raven-black hair... Pale skin..... Sea-blue eyes....

Her eyes grew comically wide. Oh. My. Gods.

"Amira Avira Rosales?" She whispered in awe. Amy looked up at her in exasperation.

"It's just Amy. You must be Princess Diana"

Literally everyone was ignored by the four. Diana dropped down in a bow. Frustrated, the primordial threw her hands up.

"What disease is spreading amongst all of you? Please get up" She said.

"Wonder Woman why the hell are you bowing to her?" Kid Flash asked.

"If you had sense you should be bowing too" She snapped back. She could not believe they had actually threatened her. HER. She was extremely ashamed of herself. She should have known better than to train weapons at her idol.

"Amy could you at least tell us what's going on?" Red Robin asked.

"I would. But I can't." She said. Ok that's it.

She snapped her fingers, and Kaldur, Arthur and Diana were suddenly sitting on the couch. They couldn't move. Everyone shouted, and quickly trained their weapons on her.

"Please don't bow. Then I'll release you" They frantically nodded, and she released her hold.

"Now let's discuss this issue in Paris" Amy said, finally sighing.

After a long discussion, it had been decided that the bat boys and Batman would accompany Ladybug and Amy back to Paris.

Only after they've learnt to control their emotions.

"How on earth are we going to control our emotions? Especially Baby Bat and Red" Night Wing asked.

"That's where I come in" Amy said, standing up.

Everyone looked at her skeptically.

"You? What would you know?" Artemis asked. She was still bitter.

Amy just stared at her.

"This is the perfect example. A normal person would be riled up. Do I look like I'm riled up?" She asked, raising an eyebrow.

They had to admit, she was right.

Black Canary sighed, and nodded.

"I agree with her."

Ladybug clapped her hands.

"Then it's settled. So for now we-" She paused when her yoyo started beeping. She frowned.

"Well... That's an akuma attack. We need to get going" Everyone perked up.

"You can see it on live" Was all Amy said. Everyone nodded.

"Kaalki... Tikki.... UNIFY!!" Ladybug yelled.

A brown light swirled, and when it dulled, everyone could see that her suit had changed. The black accents became brown, and her yoyo morphed into another yoyo and a horse shoe.

"VOYAGE!!!"

A bluish black portal appeared, and Amy gave a two-fingered salute before jumping in, along with Ladybug.
