The meeting

Cato Pov

I was walking with my class through the Capitol´s museum but let me introduce my self. My name is Cato Mason, I´m 16 years old and I´m from District 2.

Today district 12´s high is also is also here today and I saw this girl named Katniss Everdeen and she´s beautiful and talented and I couldn´t stop looking at her and she´s staring right back with a slight blush and I chuckle making her blush deeper.

As I was about to walk over to her when my buddy Jack said "Hey Cato why are you looking at that girl with beautiful brown hair?" pointing at her and the whole class looks at her "She´s a looker and hot nice choise." My best friend says and in a blink of an eye one of her friends goes to her and tells her something and Katniss runs away crying. As soon as she runs past the doors I run after her with my whole class following me leaving all the 12´s kids there standing.

As I am the fastest runner I run to her just in time to catch her from falling by grabbing her waist and turning her around pulling her against my chest letting her cry on me.

Holding her against me felt right and good my hands are pressed against her waist skin because from all the running and the almost falling rode it up but stopped just over her belly button. After calming down and telling me about her fathers death I layed her head on my lap and was looking at her with so much love and she was looking at me with the same face I was she eventually fell asleep and I scooped her up to my hip and carried her as if she were a child.

We arrived at the Changing and we hear the name "Peeta Mellark" being said so he is the one going to 12 for 3 years and will be registred as one of them and if he likes living there he can stay living there. then the name "Katniss Everdeen" being said I smiled because she was spending 3 years with me my parents would aprove of her and let her stay and I was going to ask her to stay in the same bed and bedroom as me. I was already inlove with her.

Katniss Pov (earlier that day)

We were in the Capitol´s Meuseum with my class from district 12 but lets go to introductions first my name is Katniss Everdeen, I´m 16 years old and I´m from district 12.

As we roam through the museum we enter a new room where 2´s high were and our guides introduced us.I saw this guy Cato looking at me and I might add he is hot and good looking he has brown blondish hair. As he was staring at me I was staring right back with a slight blush for having a totally good looking guy like Cato looking at me and when he chuckled I blushed even harder.

I saw him about to come over and felt happy but when one of his classmates stopped him I felt sad and saw him say something to Cato and pointing at me and soon every one of his classmates was around them and another said something else I couldn´t make out.

My collegue Macy came up to me and said "Katniss I´m really sorry but there was an accident in the mines and your dad died." I was sad and scared.

So I ran, I ran until I was about to fall but a pair of arms around circled around my waist and turned me around puliing me agaist a hard but soft chest and I cried and by the color of the shirt it was Cato. His hands were touching my waist skin and was sending chills, good chills, and in his arms I felt safe happy and calm.

After I calmed down and told him about my dad´s death and continued sobbing and hiccupping and he layed my head on his lap I slowly started to fall asleep but was able to feel him put him on his him like a child.

Jack Pov

We all saw him run after her with determination in his eyes and ran after himwhen we finally caught up with them he had her laying on his lap talking to him looking at eachother inlove.
