The nightime story

"It was a dark and stormy night, when two little girls named, Valerie and Alina, were fast asleep in their little beds, in their little room, in their little house; When all of the sudden, their little dog started barking a growling, their parents were fast asleep too and they were very heavy sleepers-" mark stopped, "are you talking about mommy and daddy?" Asked Alina, Who was only four years old, "yes Alina, now stop talking so I can finish the scary story" mark, Alina and Valerie's older brother, who was thirteen, "uhh mark, d- do you think it's such a good idea to be telling Alina a scary story before bed?" Valerie who was nine asked, "oh please your just as scared" Alina blurted out, "hey!" Valerie yelled, "Okay, okay, okay, guys stop fighting so I can tell the story." "Their parents were heavy sleepers-" mark stopped again, "very heavy!" Alina and Valerie both said, "guys!!!" "Anyway, they were such heavy sleepers they didn't hear the barking, but Alina and Valerie did! They creeped down stairs, and saw a creepy person blah blah blah he came in the house, Valerie and Alina hid and blah blah blah, okay they were hiding in the pantry, and all the sudden, BOO!" Mark stopped, "Ahhhhhhhh!!" Valerie and Alina yelled so loud your ears would probably break if you were there. There was a silent and suspense- full pause in the room, "come on Mark you can't leave us hanging, what happens next?!" Alina asked, "can't tell you, guess you have to wait till tomorrow night." Mark replied, "awww come on!" Valerie said, "that's not fairrrr!" Said Alina. "Mark, stop scaring your sisters before bed, huh?" Said their mom, Cassie who was standing in the doorway with their dad, "it was just a little scare nothing much" Mark said, "don't listen to him mom! He almost made me pee my pants!" Said Alina. They all start laughing like she's a professional comedian. "Alright come on girls bed time!" Said their dad Matthew picked up Alina and held Valeries hand and walked to the bedroom. The girls got comfy in their beds and got tucked in, "n- night love you two!" Said Matthew. Their mom came in and gave them a kiss on their tiny foreheads, "goodnight we love you girls."
