Road Trip

The First Day

It was the last day of school, the kids were getting their lockers cleaned out, that's when Dakota walked up to Tatum and said "Road Trip, you, me, this summer". Tatum stood there, thinking "Is she serious?". Dakota then goes on to say, "So?". Tatum explains how that her very strict parents would never agree. Dakota then looks at her, Tatum knows that look, Dakota has an idea. Dakota takes her into the girls bathroom and explains to her how they'll get her parents to agree. She goes on to say "We can tell them it's like a, summer camp?". Tatum sighs, "They won't believe that.", Tatum explains. Dakota doesn't listen and calls Tatum's mom. Her mom not believing at first but then agreeing. Tatum stands there in shock while looking at Dakota who tells her "I told you!"

   Her and Tatum then drive home to pack. Packing the essentials of course. Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Clothes, Hairbrush, things like that. Then Dakota gets a call, a call from one of her friends "Garrett is calling", of course he is. He may be an amazing friend but one of his horrible qualities is his noseyness, always "over hearing" their conversations then thinking he should just butt in. Dakota knew, she knew what he would ask, and he asked just what she thought he would. "Can Axel and I come?"
