In this world, there are creatures who live dominant as humans do on earth. There are nations, each similar, but so different. There are the facids, carnets, the nardishinas, the daineds, and the tremalas. The highest being of all, the Emporer Goddess. She brought peace between the races, in received worship in return. In recent years, however, she has gone missing, with the peace she brought going with her. Now, in her absence, there has been mistrust and hatred brewing between the races. At the brink of a full-on war, a group of young from the different nations must find a way to avoid the Ever-War.
