drabble six

drabble six: when he realizes that he's in love with her.

seokjin is fond of the mamamoo's main rapper. 

he wasn't aware of what the reason is at first but, he really sure enjoys watching her stupid antics. sandeul was the person who made them closer, and he can't say it out loud but- he likes her company.

she's like a happy virus to be exact.

it all started when their friendship started blooming. her smile is contagious, very much. he can't help but stare in awe whenever her gummy smile would show, eyes crinkling with her nose dimples showing like a little hamster. 

and if he would describe her, byulyi is indeed like a little fluff ball and is comparable to a hamster more than him. 

he never fails to observe her little habits too. byulyi has a habit of tugging on her baggy pants whenever she's performing, whenever she's down the stage as well. as to her reason, it feels like the pants will fall anytime due to her thin frame.

to her, it was something that keeps her alarmed but to seokjin, it was adorable. he wasn't still aware why, but he keeps chuckling to him whenever he'd see her tugging on her pants up on stage even at the most intense moment when she raps. 

thinking it was something usual to notice, he told ken and sandeul about that adorable habit of hers.

"i haven't noticed that, you seem to be so keen!" sandeul yelps while ken was driving the two home. 

sandeul and ken could no longer deny that they are being suspicious of seokjin being too talkative about byulyi's habits that were non-existent when not watched thoroughly. it took them quite a few time, before confronting the young man since it's already getting worse.

every single gathering, they'd watch over how jin always has his eyes over byulyi. whenever she talks, he always gives the biggest reaction. if he's aware, it might've looked cute.

but to sandeul and ken- seokjin looks like a big whipped man who's not aware of what was happening to himself.

they always notice it. 

they remembered one time when byulyi complained about wanting to buy a thom browne samsung edition, only for tomorrow to arrive with seokjin buying her the same brand since they are the models for it.

ken even remembers how seokjin tried to coolly look as if he's not doing this to get her heart, even telling her to pay him in a double price. byulyi obliviously thanked him, but somehow-

with a punch.

that wasn't just it. every time byulyi says something, seokjin would take notes of those that sometimes they were already the same person, just different genders. it's even getting more stupid that they're starting to wear the same thing, same brands, same style every damn time.

byulyi keeps on being surprised about the coincidences, but ken and sandeul knows it.

he keeps on doing it on purpose. jin would always compliment how her style looks great, and at the very next day- he'll have it too. oh the perks of being rich and in love.

and the two have thought: ah, it's time to confront their friend. 

and they did. they made seokjin wonder about his feelings for the woman. 

"i don't like her." seokjin whispers, crossing his arms while bonding with them on the cafe since byulyi and heeyeon were busily ordering for another set of meat on the counter. 

"you keep denying it but we know that you're the one who sent thirty cups of coffee on her set when she complained about her staff being too demanding." ken pointed out, as jin's eyes went wide. "how did you knew that?"
