ALLAIA PRECISELY STITCHED Finn's injury with a small needle, and ascertained herself that his condition was stable. Absolute solace replaced the tension that relinquished her mind, causing her to exhale in relief — her big brother was finally safe. After Allaia finished suturing the wound, she decided to check what Bellamy was doing on the highest level of the drop ship.
Quickly, she ascended up the ladder, using all her strength to open the heavy metal hatch which secluded upstairs from the rest of the ship. As Alle pulled herself into the room, all eyes laid upon her, although one pair was peculiarly displeased to see her.
"What are you doing here, angel?" Bellamy demanded, instantly obliterating the view behind him, alarmed by her presence. "How's Finn? Why aren't you with him?"
"Finn's asleep." Allaia replied, shoving past him.
The man was chained to the beams above; his face coated in blood and bruises. Allaia gasped in disgust, outraged by their animalistic treatment towards the Grounder.
"Bellamy, this man is a breathing human being, you can't just—" She ranted angrily.
"Angel, we need answers." He pressed. "Please, just leave. I don't want you to see me like this, love." He mumbled, fondly caressing her cheek.
"Thanks, but no, I'll stay." Allaia denied his request stubbornly.
Bellamy let out a heavy sigh. "Miller, get her out of here." He waved at him dismissively.
"What? You asshole!" Allaia yelled.
Miller tried to force her to leave the upper level of the drop ship, but she fiercely resisted, trashing against his hold.
"Miller, I really like you, but could you be so kind and fuck off?" Allaia seethed. "Or I'll kick you in the balls." She threatened, and Miller released her immediately.
Always works, Allaia thought in amusement.
"If you get too close to that savage, I'll gladly escort you downstairs myself." Bellamy growled straight into her ear.
A delicious shiver ran down her spine, like a sudden bolt of electricity, paralyzing her senses. Her lips curved into a sly teasing smirk, having no intentions of obeying his demand.
"Of course." Allaia smiled innocently.
"And... If this gets too... intense to watch, you're welcome to leave anytime you wish, angel." Bellamy smirked darkly, reveling in her reactions.
Allaia could feel the heat rising upon her cheeks. The color of her blush was like a spring rose, the blooming shade almost setting her heart on fire. Bellamy was unable to avert his gaze from her flushed features; she looked adorable with the rosy face, abashed by their bold flirting.
"Red suits you, love." Bellamy whispered, and her embarrassment even heightened.
Finally, Bellamy faced the Grounder. "We're gonna try this one more time." He said menacingly in a deadly serious tone. "What's your name? Where's your camp? How many more of you are there?"
