Keld
I was walking around the dark, and rank, halls of the castle-like structure. Thankfully, the bobby pin trick (I LEARNED WHAT IT'S CALLED :D) had worked, and I was wandering the halls looking for Ty's friend again. Now, I realize my first thought was to escape, and that the friend was most likely a decoy to lure me here, but in all reality aren't they a person too? With my decision made, I had given up on the thought of escape, and gone back to find the friend from before.
Plus, Dream was still out there and I can't leave a pony unarmed and tied to something! That's animal cruelty!
Silently glancing behind me, to make sure no one was following, and then once in front of me, so I could continue down the hall, I breathed out, relieved no one was there.
"Oh ho! What have we here?" a voice sneered behind me. I froze up at the sound, and mentally scolded myself. Why did I have to be as blind as a bat?! Turning around, I found myself face to face with someone I never even realized was in the game.
"SIMON?!" I shouted to the man with a watermelon hat not a foot in front of me. He put his hand in front of my mouth, and shushed me. Luckily, he was dealing with me not Rachel, or else I'd have licked his hand.
"Follow me," he told me, grabbing my hand so I didn't really have a choice in the matter. At first I tried to stop, and may have shouted some things, but eventually I just let him do as he pleased. Only when he'd reached a private room a couple hallways down, and he'd closed and locked the door, did he let go of my hand.
"Alright, we should be able to talk here, without the whole castle noticing our presence," he finished and glared at me.
"Well, I'm sorry, at first glance it seemed you'd wanted to bring me back to the cell!" I screamed back at him.
"I said talk, not scream your heart out," he casually replied back. Yet, even after he said that I still wanted to scream back. However, do to the fact that I really didn't want to go back to the cell, I kept quiet and listened to him talk. The only thing I didn't like about keeping quiet, was the fact that when I didn't respond Simon had a smirk planted on his face.
"Well, I thank you for staying quiet, and I'm sorry for rushing you in here, but it was either that or get caught. Due to the fact the whole castle talks about a girl 'sacrifice' at midnight, I figured I might as well find her as well as Bodil, and here you are," He smiled back at me. Well listening did me good today.
GOOD JOB EARS!
"Wait a second... Bodil...?" I asked Simon. At the mention of the name, he averted his gaze to the floor.
"Yeah... Bodil..," he sadly chuckled. "We got here a couple of days ago, you know most likely the same way you got here, and were confused as to what we should do first. Of course, he suggested that he start mining for ores while I get wood, which was a bad move on his part. When he missed the scheduled meet up time, I went into his mine, finding his pick, a note, and a map on the floor, along with a small pool of blood." He stopped for a moment, waiting for the memories to come back to him.
"After I'd read the note, I followed the map here, and hid out among some of the other guards. I was going to wait until tomorrow to get Bodil out, but after hearing about the 'sacrifice', I figured it'd be best to get you both out tonight." He started searching through his pockets, and, when he'd found it, passed it on to me.
"This is the note I found the day he went missing," he said, looking back up at me again. I took the note from his hands, and began reading.
To whoever finds this note,
If you're looking for your friend Bodil, better hurry. I've taken him as bait, and later a prize to the winner of my little contest. Whoever wins is allowed to use him as a slave, or a meal, even a sacrifice to their tribe if they choose! Best hurry though, because six days from now the contest will be held.
Deepest Regards,
HerobrineI handed the note back to Simon, and looked to the floor.
"Herobrine won't stop at anything will he...?" I questioned again.
"Honestly, I want to answer yes. From taking friends, to sacrifices, he really wants it all for himself, for his own self gain," Simon genuinely answered. I balled my hand into a fist, and looked him straight on.
"Well, then we'll just have to defeat him! Beat him first I mean," I told him. Seeing he was a little confused, I continued. "What I mean is, if it was Herobrine who brought us here, then he can bring us back. Think about it, even if we were to defeat him, he'll respawn, but because he brought us here when he's defeated it may count as winning the game, and we get teleported back. It's a long shot, I know, but it's worth a shot."
"So what you're saying is that if we kill Herobrine, because he brought us here, we' ll be teleported back when he dies?" He asked me, checking in case he missed anything. I nodded my head.
"I guess you're right, because technically he's the bad guy here," he said.
"What do you mean 'technically'?" I asked him.
"Alright, he's a full on mastermind!" He responded putting his hands up defensively.
"That's more like it!" I smiled at him and he smiled back.
"Hey, I never did get your name...,"
He told me, scratching the back of his head."Keld, it's Keld," I replied to him.
"Well I'm Simon!" He exclaimed jokingly. I giggled at his actions, and started walking towards the door.
"We better start looking for Bo-"
"Intruders! They're intruders in the castle!"
