(A/N: Hi everyone, hope you've had a great week! I've managed to get a chapter (this one) and a half done (maybe more than half) which isn't too bad, not as caught up as I'd hoped I'd manage this week while not being at work, but it's better than where I was last week! So, last chapter, Addison went and visited Ray, who was a very different person, he's the guy we all hate, but after that visit, it's like a 'I still hate you but you're nicer', and Stefan found out, Addison told him she wouldn't go and she did, now he knows, how do you think he's gonna take it? I think Addison might be in a bit of trouble, oops. Anyway, there is a lot happening in this chapter, some parts I'm not overly happy with, but others I am pretty happy with. I hope you enjoy it anyway. Be back next week hopefully. Stay happy, stay safe! Laters :P)

"Stefan, don't do this, we've just had a lovely evening together, don't turn it sour" I say, trying to avoid an argument, or him having a go at me, or whatever it is I'm trying to avoid.

"Don't turn the evening sour? Are you serious?" He questions in disbelief.

"Stefan-" I try to speak but he interrupts me.

"Have you forgotten what he put us both through? That he kidnapped you, got to me, held us hostage, beat me up and knocked me out, nearly killed me, have you forgotten all that? That he was obsessed with you and angry that I am your husband?" He questions in anger. I get up from the sofa and approach him.

"No, I haven't forgotten, I would never forget what he did to us" I answer.

"So why do it? Why Addi? Why go and see him? Why give him what he desperately wanted?" He asks.

"Because I needed closure" I answer loudly. He stares at me for a few seconds.

"Closure?" He questions.

"I needed to see him to be able to move on from what he did and live my life" I explain a little. "It was just a one-off, I promise" I tell him.

"Oh, and I'm supposed to believe that am I, you already told me you wouldn't go and see him, and you did" He says.

"Don't be like that, Stefan, I was being honest then, but then after all those letters kept on be delivered, I had that time to think about it, Ray was the reason for all my nightmares, the panic attacks and everything, seeing him was to tell him to stop sending them, and to get answers" I explain.

"Well, I hope it was worth it, and I hope he made you feel better, something you clearly thought I couldn't do" He says. "What about the baby, Addison, you put that girl in danger by going to see him, I don't want him anywhere near my family" He says.

"He's not the Ray we knew, the Ray-" He interrupts me.

"Please, stop saying his name, I can't stand to hear his name" He says in frustration.

"Fine, the lowlife we knew was ill, off his psych meds, when I saw him, he was nice, he was better mentally, ashamed of himself for what he put us through-" He interrupts me again.

"And so he should be!" He half yells.

"Let me finish, please!" I request. He looks away from me, towards the floor. "He doesn't want to be that guy ever again and said that he deserves to spend the rest of his life in there" I finish.

"Well, he got that right! Cause if I ever see him walking the streets again, he better hope that he can run faster than me" He says.

"Stefan, please, don't be mad" I beg.

"Don't be mad? Are you joking?" He questions.

"Lets just, call it a night, ok, I'm tired anyway, lets go to bed and have a good rest, we're both tired" I suggest.
