Sitting at a bench by the park you quietly wait for your childhood friend to arrive. You planned this picnic weeks in advance there was no way you could mess up now. You've been harboring a deep crush for your friend, Alisa Haiba for many years now. Today would be the day you confess. So as minutes turned to hours and the sun began to fall your stomach twisted with worry. Where could she possibly be? You take out your phone to check for any missed messages but there were only 5 missed calls from the police and 2 messages from your drug dealer. As concern filled up inside you, you decided it'd be best to check her home to see if maybe she had forgotten about the meetup.
Silently walking to her home you watched as the streets started to empty. Eventually you reached her home and knocked on the door a couple of times. There was no answer. Logically the next move to make is to rip the door off the door frame. The house was eerily quiet. It didn't seem as anyone was there. Still, you decided to look around. Maybe she took a nap or something.
You walk up to her room and gently knock a few times. Still no response so you tear off the door knob and walk inside. Empty. You were at least expecting a dead body but i guess not. Concluding that no one was home you leave and prop the door against their wall. You're not sure what to do next so you just head home. You'll come back tomorrow and check again.
The next morning you wake up and get ready to head out only to find Lev calling you. Oh right Lev existed i totally didn't forget.
"whats up?" you ask as you brush your hair.
"COME TO THE HOSPITAL"
"what"
Without saying anything else Lev ends the call and you start feeling concerned. Magically knowing which hospital he was talking about you head to the hospital.
You arrive there and do this and that and are directed to the room where Lev was. Inside you see Alisa laying in a bed.
"OH NO WHAT HAPPENED?" you ask with worry welling up.
"im sorry y/n, i have rabies" Alisa replies with regret laced in her voice.
"how did this happen?"
"i cheated on you with Kyoutani and got rabies."
"what the hell"
Ten days later Alisa dies and Kyoutani mysteriously disappears. You're not sure what to do with your life now so you decide to become a minecraft youtuber.
