I walk out of the house hoping the meeting goes well today, because when they don't go well everybody has a bad day. I get in my car and start it up. After sitting there for five minutes I pull away from the house and head to school.
Once I get there I look to see Karen and I know it is going to be bad. I get out and walk to the door.
" hey Andrew you here for the meeting?" she askes opening the door.
" yes Karen, I'm here for the meeting." I say walking past here and into the building.
Once in the building I tell her I need to get something from my office, which is a lie, and walk away. I do go to my office however to get Lucas's file. I had forgotten to return it the other day and had put it inside my file cabinet by the door. After grabbing it I take it back to the office and go to room 307 and take a seat at the table.
"ok guy's some of you still have not given me your lesson plans for this week and you have not submitted your students grades, we need these things so we can keep track of their progress." says Mr. Hudson
" sorry I'm late I had to get something." say's Karen rushing into the room. we all just nod our heads and look back at the guy standing in the middle of the room.
" did you get my email yesterday?" I ask.
" yeah, thanks but we need to talk later." he says causing everybody to look at me. "Ok what have I done now? I ask myself."
The rest of the meeting is just us all talking about the children's progress in which I don't know why I'm here because all the kids do in my class is run around and act stupid and playing games all class period. So instead of paying attention I just lean back and think about what I'm going to do about Lucas.
" Andrew, Andrew?"
"what?" I ask confused.
" The meeting is over." said some new guy, his name escapes me at the moment.
