Chapter Three

Next day

Y/n's POV:

I woke up to my alarm ringing. It was 6 am in the morning. I sat beside my bed slowly and my hand brush through my face to my hair. I walked to the bathroom to brush my teeth and bathe. Afterwards, I went to the kitchen to cook some bacon and pancakes. I sat down at the dining table while using my phone. I checked Jong Kook's Instagram posts and found out he loves to posts about running man and his mother. I really adore the cuteness of his mother. I suddenly got a message from Jong Kook.

JK: Good morning y/n

y/n: Good morning JK

JK: Since when do you call me JK? haha it's fine. I'll return Haneul at 9am because I want to go to the gym first.

y/n: Why don't we go together? afterwards we will head to your place to fetch Haneul.

JK: Sounds great. I'll see you at 7am at your place then!

y/n: okay!

I got ready and waited for Jong Kook to arrive. *DING DONG* It was him. I opened up the door to a muscular men ready for a workout. "Are you ready y/n?". " yeah I'll go get my keys " I said and run over to get my keys. I picked it up and locked the door. We walked to the gym nearby and start working out. After an hour or so... He worked out so intensely his veins starting popping out. I glance at them and pretended I was busy with working with my arms. I thought to myself... " he's very attractive when working out.. ". "Y/n?" Jong Kook taps on my shoulder. " ah yes? sorry my mind was somewhere else " I said trying to cover up for what I was thinking. " its fine. I think we should stop now. do you want to go get food? Im quite hungry.. " Jong Kook said rubbing his belly. "haha!! cute. sure. jajangmyeon?" I asked. "sure why not" he replied agreeing to my suggestion. We walked to the restaurant together and started eating. Jong Kook took a picture and uploaded it to his Instagram story. But I wasn't in it since he didn't want any rumours going around. I didn't want things to be awkward so I asked him a question about Ji Hyo. " Oppa.. Don't mind me asking this but why aren't you with Ji Hyo? You guys are cute together even the fans loves you both! ". He sighed. " I don't feel a chemistry between us. Yeah she's strong and all but.. I just feel like we aren't meant to be together. We might be touchy and close sometimes but I still don't have any feelings for her. Im a very picky guy so I have a weird type that maybe nobody else has " he replied. " Oh.. I see.. but.. what is your type? " I asked. " Haha well... I want someone who can take care of my mother and I. she's really important to me. She have to save up and not spend money freely. I want her to be brave but polite towards others. I just want someone who is challenging but at the same time she can take care of me well... I never found her in ages haha " he replied but his tone was kind of sad. " What about you? Do you have a type? " he asked me back. " Ah... haha.. well this might be weird but maybe someone who works out and love his family. He can do house chores with me and he will always spend time with me when he have the time to. I just want someone caring but adventurous at the same time " I explained. " Wow. that's nice " he replied.

We finished up eating and head to his place to pick up my cat. Jong Kook seemed quite sad but he said his goodbye and I went home. I bathed and since I had nothing to do that day I just relaxed.

"Ya.. he took good care of you didn't he? I wish I was you.. he seemed so happy with you. Do you want to go back there sometime? You seem like you like him too. Maybe one day you can meet all the running man members. HaHa might want to see you. You're one good cat" I talked to my cat even though she might not understand me but somehow she felt comforting in a way she understands what I'm saying. I was so tired that I took a nap but when I realised it, it was night time.
