The library was quiet as it always was at that time after school, as not many students stayed that late, normally hanging out with friends and such. But you would always stayed, not to do homework or read, but to wait for a specific announcement. You glanced at your watch, leaning back in your chair, knowing it was time.

The soft music of speaker system played, like a murmur in the wind, just loud enough to hear. You smiled, because you knew what would happen next. A static crackle was heard as someone tapped a microphone.

An even softer, gentler sound played as a voice like smooth velvet started to speak overhead.

"Have you heard the rumour..." the voice was as beautiful as you'd remembered, and you closed your eyes to listen to the rest of the message.

"...about the wandering spirt that enters the library everyday after school, the most beautiful of all dead and undead creatures, who smells like caramel and cinnamon and will always be ready for any crazy adventure you throw at them. I wouldn't surprised if this beautiful sight was listening to this very message, and to them I say, happy anniversary y/n, I have a very special treat for you. That it is all for todays message, and remember if you see this ghost, don't bother trying, they're too good for you, from the broadcasting club,".

As the soft music played to indicate the end of the announcement, you could feel the warm gooey texture in your stomach you often felt when near her. You smiled to yourself, and immediately grab your bag and rush out of the library. The ground underneath you felt like pure bouncy air as you ran past the remaining students and staff in the warm hallways. She'd remembered! 'Well of course she did,' you thought running up a flight of stairs into the abandoned old building where you'd now she would be.

Climbing another flight of creaky stairs you finally reach your destination, a dusty door in the dim light of the windows covered in cobwebs. Despite having to catching a quick breath and adjust your bag strap you open the door to the broadcasting club when-

"SURPRISE!!" Rainbow confetti bust out in front of you as your eyes adjusted to the even darker room. A old school monitor was to your left with a big microphone and head set. To your right was a slopping roof and a few stray dusty chairs that looked as old as the monitor.

As your eyes adapted to the darkness you could clearly see in front of you Tsukasa holding a confetti popper which explained the confetti popped in you face before. Natsuhiko was sitting on one of the chairs, the other human member of the broad casting club. Mitsuba on the other end of the room was floating near the panelled roof but came down once he say you.

"Happy anniversary!" he said waving his long pink jacket sleeves in your face.

You smiled at him, his eyes filled with genuine congratulations. He went to hug you, arms wrapping around your shoulders. Even though you couldn't feel it, you still attempted to hug him back.  After the embrace you scanned the musty room for a familiar green head but no luck.

"If you're looking for Sakura, she left as soon as she finished the broadcast, and told us to tell you to meet her in the school yard for a surprise," Tsukasa said, grinning like a cat. "It's so romantic the two of you, getting all lovey dovey with each other," he said starting to float up.

Your cheeks flashes hot for a second, but they cooled down quickly. You tried to match his feline like smirk and Mitsuba laughs at your failed attempt. You'd gotten really close with those two over the course of your relationship with Sakura, and you felt right at home with them. Natsuhiko stood up and stepped up to you next to Mitsuba. He patted your head and smiled.

"Well congrats on two months with our little girl, but still remember I'm watching you, so watch out", he said in a tone that was warm but laid with slight warning.

He'd always been suspicious of you, but was slowly opening up more. You smiled despite what he just said, and started to walk to the door.

"Thank you to all of you, for everything, but I kind of want to go see Sakura now, but I'll definitely come back soon!," you exclaimed before exiting the room and running to the nearest exit. As you ran you turned to look out one of the cleaner windows and see a bright blob of green in the garden. A hand waved at you from the garden as you keep running down the hallway and the warm gooey feeling starts coming back.
