"BYE MUM" I yelled from the front door. I walked all the way to school. Then I received a text message. I opened it up It was from Jimmy. J: hey babe, something really bad happened last night sorry I won't be at school today have a good day😘 Jimmy. I looked at the text message. Something was distracting him. He never came and saw me on weekends anymore something was distracting him. Was it another girl? Did he like another girl more then me? No way. There are no pretty girls at school except for the ones that are taken. What If it was one out of school? Surely not. He was a gentleman. He would never choose another girl over me. I don't know what it is then. I clicked my I phone off and stuffed it into my bag. I put my headphones in and walked the rest of the way to school. "Chantelle, I need your help" I said. "What do you need help with?" Asked Chantelle. "Jimmy isn't going to be at school today because of something that happened last night. Do you think he's getting distracted over something?" I asked. "Ummm what happens if it's another girl?" Asked Chantelle. "Then, I don't know" I said. "What if he's cheating on you?" Asked Chantelle. "Oh, I hope not" I said. After school I was walking home and I came across Jimmy. "Hey sorry about-" he didn't get to finish. "I can't believe you did this to me" I said sadly. A tear rolled down my cheek. "What did I do?" Asked Jimmy. "You cheated on me" I said. "No, I didn't" he said. "I thought I could trust you" I said to Jimmy. "You can" said Jimmy. "It's over" I said. He looked sad. "Sorry" said Jimmy. For the rest of the day I ignored his calls and texts.
