Kars notices that you were getting sick before you did. He already made medicine for you to take (since this is not the first time you got sick). He might scowl you for getting sick because in his mind it was preventable.
Has Esidisi to make soup for you( and sometimes has to force you to eat it because it is an old Aztec receipt that doesn't taste all that good.) Since he sometimes goes out in public he has shirts that he lets you sleep and lounge in. He'll also have Esidisi heat up some blankets to wrap in while he works.
Speaking of work, he moved all of his work into his room so he could work quietly while you slept in his lap. If you are really sick and feel terrible, he might decide to take a little break and kiss your head while whispering sweet nothings into your ear as you sit in his lap facing him. If he really pities you, he will rub your back as he hums an old Aztec lullaby to get you to go to sleep. Hopefully you enjoy this side of him because this extra nice side of Kars will only last until you are 100% better.
