Quite a Prologue

(Katou Haru's POV)

Time: 6:26 A.M.

Another day going to work I walked into the Police Department and went to the 4th Division Police Department opened the door then closed it and greeted everyone a Good morning, they greeted me back. Then, I went to my desk and sat down next to a colleague and a friend named Shinnosuke Kamei who was looking at many of his favorite models and yeah....., as I sat down he told me all the updates of his favorite models I simply smiled at everything, I really didn't care about it so I just got to work with the stacks of papers I saw on the side of my desk, I turned on the CPU then the computer and started scanning them onto computer and just type the unfinished reports that some of my colleagues haven't finished...

HOURS PASSED BY SOMEONE CAME KNOCKING ON THE DOOR 5:45 P.M.

After nearly finishing the papers someone came knocking on the door, I wondered who is it was it Hoshino-kun? Then the Chief stood up from his seat and said "Everyone listen up, I forgot that we have a new member today, you can come in now Kambe-san^^" kambe-san? Where did I hear that from.....wait that bastard?! He came in then he looked at me, I was fuming with rage I think he saw it but he just ignored it, he walked in to the center of the room and said "Nice to meet you. I'm Kambe Daisuke your new member, its a pleasure to meet you all" he bowed right after he said his Introduction. Everyone said "Welcome!" I who was left hanging on that fucking bridge didn't. Then he sat on the opposite seat of Saeki, she gave him gummy bears as well after he sat down, he said thanks then ate it. Suprisingly he had a satisfied expression.

Then I walked up to the Chief and asked him of my problem of that being "Chief! Why is he here!? I mean he looks filthy rich that he can get into the 1st Division Police Department" the Chief answered "Calm down Katou-san, I know he just let you fall off the bridge but atleast we have another member here, means more help" I just shut my mouth up and went back to my seat and grumpily do the last stack of papers.

After some time I felt like someone was staring at me I turned to look around but what I just saw was Saeki and the Rich Bastard doing some paperwork then the bastard looked at me I then shot a glare he just smirked right after it like it was nothing! Oh dear lord if your there then help me out for a bit to kick this motherfucking bastard name Kambe Daisuke out of this Department thank you.

I got right back to work after saying my prayer that I know that it won't work I sighed for a few minutes then looked at some cases that will just really be too easy, I wish to go on a real mission so I can get my adrenaline of my full energy, but I guess that will have to wait. After a few hours of looking into cases and stuff it was already 7:53 P.M. Kamei just started packing his things into his work bag the others left early and the bastard just got out who knows where he went. Must've gone home for who all I care, anyways then Kamei spoke up with a worried look "Katou-san you should go home, I know your going to stay here for quite long, last week you were here since morning!" I really want to turn it down, but I don't want to, one reason why there is nothing to do at home other than trying to cook new recipes or watch some drama. My body won't will penetrate to ashes "Don't worry I'll be fine, you should get going" he still had that worried look but he knew that don't give a second thought of my decisions, he then left with a goodbye I just waved while he closed the doors I yawned and got back straight to work.

Afterwards it was 9:37 P.M. I got up and stretched myself out and wanted some fresh air so I went out of the Department locked the door just in case then went to the rooftop.........As I came out the door I saw a man In a black suit and yeah its him the Rich Bastard! Who just let me fall of the bridge, I guessed why he didn't help me because he didn't want himself getting dirty, he looked at me and smirked, like what why does have to do the rich smiley face that they say I'll win because I'm rich! Ugh! At that time I was fuming with anger that I just couldn't take it anymore so I threw a punch at him and after that.......

He blocked it!? What I saw was his hand on my right fist entirely covered I never thought he would be able to do that I then slapped my right hand away and backed away just in case.

Then a helicopter was coming down with a man dressed up like a bodyguard then the rich bastard said "Inspector Katou I don't want my face to get hit thank you" I got angry again after just cooling down. The helicopter then landed and the bodyguard looking guy came out with some black bag that looked like a body could fit in it. The bodyguard looking guy talked "Sir, as you requested" the bastard then spoked "Inspector Katou I apologize for what happened yesterday here is 100,000,000¥", money!!!?? He thinks he can repay me with money! "Listen Rich Bastard! I don't need your pathetic money it won't work on me!" I went back inside going down the stairs opened the Department I was in and took my work bag then got out locked the 4th Division Police Department and walked home, I still saw the Rich Bastard flying away on his helicopter in the sky. I just wanted fresh air what I got was like polluted air!

THAT IS IT FOR THIS CHAPTER, UGH MY EYES 🙄👀👁 ARE GETTING WATERY FROM WRITING THIS CHAPTER, ANYWAYS WHY DID YOU READ THIS!? I MEAN THIS HAS TOO MANY MISTAKES THAT I COULD PROBABLY LAUGH AT WHAT I WROTE.
