Warning: This is my very first book I've wanted to write a book for ages so my writing style will develop but just bare with me please. Also this book will contain swearing and a lot of it just to make the book seem more real, but if you don't like that type of style then I suggest you look for another book sorry.... Also one last thing I'm Australian so we don't have a Starbucks on every corner and I have never been into forever 21 and the most Victoria's secret sells here as far as I know of is perfume. Plus we use the weirdest of phrases that some of you may not understand.... so sorry in advance for any confusion
Jasmine to the side
CHAPTER 1
~Jasmine's POV~
I woke up to sound of my annoying alarm continuously making the same irritating noise again and again "Could you fucking shut up it's six in the morning!" I yell angrily at the alarm on my phone before my subconscious says to me in that annoying bitter sweet voice "Well done Jasmine yelling at an inanimate object."
Well what a great way to introduce myself; My name is Jasmine Moore, I do not want to be in this new house that smells of paint and cleaning products I want to be back in my old house in Newcastle. But no here I am in Sydney, on a Monday morning, getting ready to attend my new school.... Yay.. A whole bunch of preppy, new, snobbish kids to impress.. Too bad I don't give two shits of what they think of me.. But that's just how I am and if you don't like this there's a door there.
"Ugh" I complained as I rolled myself out of my bed, before standing up to go have a shower in my private bathroom. One perk living here.. Once I had gotten out of the shower. I went to brush and straighten my hair, and left it out, then putting on my make-up, and winging my eyeliner, before nodding at my reflection in the mirror approving of what I look like only for that to be ruined by my new schools uniform..
"Ew what the hell mum?! I can't freaking wear this?" I yelled in disgust holding up the what looks like ankle length green pleated skirt "Is this even the freaking uniform? Why are you punishing me?" I yelled accusingly before my mum yelled back.
"Child stop yelling you'll wake our new neighbours, like you woke me. And I don't want to give them the impression that I have a child who doesn't know how to whisper. 'Cause that is exactly what I've got! And yes that is the uniform and I expect you to wear it!" My mother shouted back bitterly.
"You expect me to wear it but you know I'm not going to" I laugh to myself.
"Who can't whisper now?" I challenge my mother.
"Still you!" My mother calls back.
"Shut up!" I call back annoyed.
Holding up the blouse they expect me to wear disgustingly as if it were a piece of trash "Ew. Well it's better than the skirt" I said eyeing the skirt that I tossed aside onto my bed. The blouse was white with the schools logo embroidered onto the shirt on a left pocket, it had short sleeves and was fitted.
"Guess I have to wear something of the schools uniform on my first day" I said pulling the blouse over my black undershirt so that my bright orange bra doesn't show through.
Giving a disapproving look in my floor length mirror before putting on my dark blue ripped jeans and black solid high top converse before putting on my black 'hurley' jumper and smiling at my appearance seeing as now I couldn't see any of my uniform.
"Damn I look good" I say checking myself out before grabbing my bag hanging on the end of my bed before heading down stairs to greet my mother in the kitchen who got out the coco pops and milk for me.
"Hey mum!" I say enthusiastically while she gives me an odd stare.
"What the hell happened? Not five minutes ago you were complaining about the uniform you're not wearing" My mum said with confusion in her voice.
