Kaisei Academy - 開成学園
Japan, Tokyo, Arakawa (荒川区).
Kaisei Academy is the number one high school in the Arakawa prefecture in Tokyo. And it's one of the best schools in Tokyo, and he can hardly believe he got in.
Today is the day of their entrance ceremony, to welcome the new students. As an all-boys private Academy, they have a strict dress code.
The school's uniform is a standard dressing suit, all white, white blazer, white dress shirt, and white pants. With a gray vest underneath the blazer, and a nice navy blue tie with black and golden stripes. A simple yet elegant pattern for the tie that looks good with the rest of the uniform as it's rather monochrome and simple but remains elegant and strong. And with a golden pin in the form of the Kaisei Academy logo, it's for the tie you wear with the uniform. You also have to wear golden cuffs on the white blazer, it's a small detail but it has the logo on the cuffs so you need to wear them as well.
And It's the symbol that gets immediately recognized when you are outside the academy."The pen is mightier than the sword."
It's a nice way of getting recognized by the other schools around Tokyo, like the uniform from Fukurodani and the characteristic gray blazer with the blue tie or Nekoma and the red tie they usually use daily. Kaisei's uniform can be recognized by their strong colors and different tones of blue along with the elegance of the white of their suit.
Being a powerhouse in sports, Kaisei Academy is easily recognized by many. They have quite the reputation of being a very strict educational institute, they've always dominated the top of the academic lists in japan. Whether mathematics or sports, Kaise Academy has remained at the top since its creation.
So It's difficult to get into the Academy. Almost impossible he would say, but he got in.
And Fujimori Ken still can't believe he got in, he aced the test and got a high score. He's always wanted to enter Kaisei Academy since junior high, but he didn't pass that test and had to attend another school. But now? He did it! He passed the test and got into Kaisei.
He's a high school freshman now and he got into the Kaisei Academy. The sleepless nights and all that time he spent studying in his bedroom got him through, and he's so ready to go and join the volleyball team. Ken is someone who's always played volleyball since he was a kid, his big brother is a setter for the MSBY black jackals and he's currently training hard to get to the tournament this year, his big brother is his main inspiration and the one who introduced him to the volleyball world.
And eventually, Ken fell in love with the sport on his own in his second year of middle school, he decided then and there as he spiked the ball and got his team the point they needed to win, that he would become stronger and go pro like him, like his brother. His brother got the job once he was out of high school and for Ken to be able to do that he needs a powerhouse school to train him to the bone to unleash his full potential. And that's Kaisei Academy's specialty, they have the best sports training and regiments in the Arakawa prefecture and they're one, if not the best high school in Tokyo, Kaisei Academy was founded in 1871, the Kaisei Academy has since educated notable figures across many different fields and is considered one of the most prestigious schools in the country.
And Fujimori is going to be one of those notable alumni that got out of Kaisei. He smiled a little and hugged his ranndoseru* and his white sports bag close to his chest. He is so excited about this new stage of his life. He saw the school's gate in his vision and he started to fix his uniform. Checking for any stain or wrinkle in the white blazer, and checking if he has the gold cuffs that the principal gave him when he came to get his uniform a few days prior.
