Why Him..?

Canon: Magne is dead, and Compress lost an arm, and the original yakuza leader is still in a coma. 

Different from Canon: Eri is still with Kai, Kai still has his arms, and All for One escaped jail. 

It was like any normal day for Shigaraki. He woke up due to the sun shining in his room and slightly hitting his eyes enough to force him awake. He sat up and stretched before forcing himself off the bed and getting dressed. After that, he made his way to the bathroom which was connected to his room so he could have his privacy and not feel paranoid. He washed up, avoiding the attempt to brush his hair since he could care less about how messy it was. He didn't bother looking at himself in the mirror, knowing he would just stare at how hideous he thought he was.  

He sighed to himself as he went to leave his room, immediately hearing the voices of his league chatting in the main room, Twice's voice being the loudest. However, he noticed they were less obnoxious than usual which was new and not in a way Shigaraki was comfortable with. He then heard a very familiar voice, it was All for One! He perked up and made his way to the main room, excited to see his sensei..until he got there. The league has a serious expression or at least they seemed serious. He then turned to look at All for One and noticed another man sitting beside him. It took him a while until he realized who it was..Overhaul.

He snarled at the sight of him in his..well..home and turned to look at the others, including his sensei. ¨why is he here?¨ He asked with a disappointed and unsatisfied gaze as he fought the urge to charge at the man sitting on the sofa next to his sensei. He remembered him from their last encounter, how he disrespected him, his league, his leading skills, and his sensei, and got away with it with barely a scratch on his head. While Shigaraki lost a league member and had another one's arm taken. His thoughts were interrupted by AFO speaking. ¨Overhaul came to me to talk and explained what had happened when you and him first met. After some talking to each other and we eventually came up with something that would help make this alliance more...secure.¨ AFO said in a calm tone while he looked at the bluenette or well-. It seemed like he was looking at him. He was looking in his direction. Shigaraki rose a brow at this and crossed his arms before asking, ¨And that would be..what?¨

AFO went quiet before he got up from the couch and cleared his throat before he said, ¨You and Overhaul will marry each other. We both agreed that marriage is the best thing to do as a way to fully secure this-.¨ ¨no.¨ Tomura cut him off quickly. He refused to let this happen. He would rather die than marry this egotistical germophobe with a thing for birds.  ¨Well you kinda have no choice. AFO already gave permission to marry you. Do not worry. If there was a different way to secure this alliance then I would choose that option in a heartbeat.¨ Overhaul spoke coldly to the other male, his eyes focusing all on Shigaraki, as if he was taking in the sight of him. This made his skin crawl and he carefully hugged himself since he felt violated in a way. Tomura sighed deeply by what Kai had just said and glared at him. He knew he didn't have any other choice but to marry this...bastard.

¨Fine...I accept your...proposal..¨ He forced the words out and held everything in him to not gag after saying it. It wasn't because he was straight, oh no no no, he was gay but he would do anything if it meant Kai wouldn't become his fiance and would stay the fuck out of his life. Sadly though, he had no choice. Whether he denied or accepted his proposal, in the end he had no say in it.

He was engaged..but why did it have to be him?
