My life has never been ideal. Everyone calls me "Ms. Perfect," but I have flaws too just like everbody else.

They claim, "My life was perfect." Not at all. Although I have everything materially, I was unhappy. I wasn't genuinely happy.

Not until I meet him...

"Galina, pinapatawag ka na ng Mommy mo!" Rinig ko may tumawag sa likod ng pinto si Manang Lucille.

"Yes, I'm coming!" I said and I turned off my phone, grab my bag at lumabas na ng kwarto.

Tinago ko ang phone ko sa bag at dali-daling bumaba ng hagdan. Nakita ko sina mommy at daddy na tahimik na nag-aalmusal. Hinalikan ko sila sa pisngi at umupo sa upuan ko.

Inihain ni Manang Lucille ang aking almusal. Naglagay siya ng pancake at gatas. Nasa kalagitnaan kami ng pagkain ng magsalita si Dad.

"Galina"

"Po?" Bumaling ako sa kanya.

I wiped my lips using the table napkin.

"Tonight, we have a dinner to attend. If possible, arrive before sunset. So that you can prepare early." He said formally and sipped his coffee.

Tumango ako

Tinapos ko na ang aking almusal at nagpaalam sa aking mga magalang. I kiss Daddy's cheeks goodbye and mom too. Lumabas ako ng bahay at pumasok na sa kotsye.

Pinagpatuloy ko ang pinanood ko kanina. Sa bahay kasi bawal manood ng movies when it's weekdays dapat nakatotuk ako sa libro. Binibigyan lang ako ng access ni mommy ng wifi when it's sunday.

My life is a bit boring but I'm used to it.

As my car entered the school premises. Everyone's eyes were on my car. Expecting that I'm inside. I compose myself and fix my hair. I look at myself in the mirror once more before getting off the car.

Napalingon silang lahat sa akin pagkababa ko. May mga nakangiti sa akin at may mga nakatingin lang. While a small smile appear on my lips to those who smiled at me.

While walking to the room I noticed the bulletin board. I walked towards it and saw my big tarp, even in our school gate there is one too.

I was wearing my uniform and a lab coat, grinning at the camera. I am a stem student. Like other strands have their models, I am our strand's model.

Pero kung bibilangin mas marami kang makikitang mukha ko sa school! For sure it because of my family's name.

Not far from where I was standing nakita ko na ang mga kaibigan ko or should I consider them as friends?

Nakita ko silang nag uusap sa isang sulok. Nilapitan ko sila.

"... Anjan na siya!"

I heard Victoria said.

"Morning.' I said casually.

Ngumiti sila ng pilit." What a nice morning Galina!" Lydia said. Pinagmasdan ako nito mula ulo hanggang paa at ngumuwi siya. "You know girl you look so ugly on your make up. You should try lokal make up, it might suit you!" She laughed and the rest of them laugh.

I fake a laugh too." Nice idea Lyd, bibili ako dalawa, because I think you'll also need it." I smiled at them. I saw how their smiles vanish.

"Whatever! Let's go!" Ngumuwi siya sa akin.

Inaya niya ang apat at nag lakad na patungo sa aming silid. Victoria, Lydia, Lyssa, and Alex took ABM while I was the only one who took the medical curse.
