After a very long flight, we finally landed. I grabbed my carry on and walked out of the airplane with Amy. The guys are going to be the last ones out to make sure they get extra protection. During the flight I was able to talk to Taehyung again and I let him know that since I would be the first one out, I wouldn't see him until the day of the concert.
Amy and I waited at baggage claim to grab our luggage and we walked out to the pick up spot.
"So I have a driver for this week, are you sure you don't need me to get you one?" Amy asked.
I nodded. "Don't worry about it. My parents are so excited to see me again that they insisted on driving me everywhere."
Just then, Amy's driver drove up and helped her get her luggage in the car.
"Do you want me to wait here with you?" she asked.
"No need. I'm home, Amy. I know this city pretty well. Go," I gave her a hug. "Have fun. I'll see you in a few days. If you need anything don't hesitate to call me. And please get a pregnancy test."
I felt her tense up but she knew she had to. She smiled at me and got in the car, as I watched her drive away. I found a bench and sat down while I waited for my parents.
A few days. That's all I have to talk to my parents about potentially moving to South Korea. They have always wanted the best for me and telling them that I'm thinking of moving there because I fell in love? I can already see them trying to talk me out of it because a guy shouldn't influence my decision. They would want me to move there because it would benefit me in the long run. I could always tell them they have great schools and I would have a job that wants me to stay there. But eventually I'm going to have to be honest with them about Taehyung.
I suddenly heard a car honking, taking me away from my thoughts. I looked up and saw a car pull up in front of me, and an ecstatic mom coming out of the car.
"My baby is home!" she squealed pulling me in for a hug, with my dad joining in soon after.
I giggled. "I missed you guys so much!"
My dad grabbed my luggage and put it in the back of the car. My mom sat in the back with me and wouldn't let me go. I was only gone for two months, but to them, it probably felt like years. After my dad put my luggage away, we made our way to a restaurant to have lunch.
"Are you sure you're up to eat?" my mom asked. "You've been flying all day, I'm sure you would want to rest."
"I'm good. Seeing you guys gave me all the energy I needed." I smiled.
"So tell us, how has South Korea been? How's your job? Did you make friends? Did you meet anyone?" My mom was bombarding me with all of these questions.
I chuckled softly and started explaining everything that happened during my two months abroad. I told them about my job, my apartment, and the people I've met.
"So since you're an assistant you must see those BTS boys a lot, huh?" my dad asked.
"Yeah. They are actually my friends now. It's only been two months but we're all so close, it's scary. They're all really excited to meet you."
"Just friends?" my mom asked. "Did you get really close to any of them?"
My heart started racing and I was starting to feel nervous. I laughed nervously. "That would be inappropriate, mom. I actually like my job, I would love to keep it."
She playfully pouted. "Does that mean that little gift I gave you hasn't gone to use yet?"
I started thinking about the lingerie set my mom gave to me to use if I ever met someone. I tried to hide my smile, knowing I used it when Taehyung and I had sex.
