Chapter Five

Y/N'S POV:

We had to go for shooting for a new running man's episode today. I was tired so I just wore a simple T-shirt with jeans. I ate a small pie I brought yesterday while going home just to fill my empty stomach.

I drove to the set and reached around 7am. PD cheol min told me to wait for the other members since I was the first member to reach. After about 10 minutes or so, Jong Kook reached next. " Annyeong! " he greeted. I greeted him back and we continued waiting for the rest. After about 10 minutes, All the members were here. I didn't even know why I came so early. Jae suk came after Jong Kook and I. We greeted the viewers and we started talking with each other to start the day. " I was so tired today and I thought I was going to be late for the day but turns out I came in third. When I came in, Jong Kook and Y/n was already here " Jae Suk said. " Ya.. why does Jong Kook and Y/n suddenly seem so close? They just met each other. Jong Kook even went to her house. Ya, Jong Kook. Are you interested in her? " HaHa teased Jong Kook. " Ya.. If you want me to act as if you're invisible just say so. I will do it " Jong Kook replied. " I don't want you to treat me that way haha!!! But atleast don't avoid the question. You seem as if you like her so much " HaHa teased again. " Cheol min. There's only eight of us here right? Can we start now? " Jong Kook said pretending that HaHa doesn't exist. " Ya.. He's starting it again. Anyang Hothead has come back. Yaish. They're so annoying early in the morning " Jae Suk said which caused all of us to laugh. " Jong Kook I'm sorry don't act that way " HaHa apologize. There was silence which means Jong Kook didn't forgive him. " You're in big trouble today. Im not talking to you just in case " Se Chan said which cause all of us to laugh again. " Okay. Today we're having a special episode which is the penalty episode. As you all know, we have a roulette here and we will spin it to see who will have the penalty. The one who gets chosen will have an opportunity to pick someone to join them at the end of the race. But we also have another roulette which will determine another penalty. This means that maybe all of you might need to go for the penalty. But maybe one of you will get exempted. There might be two groups, one for one penalty and the other for the other penalty. maybe one of you might get exempted " Cheol min explained. " Are you crazy? What are you doing? We didn't even do anything wrong. Who came up with this episode? " Kwang Soo burst out his anger. Everyone laughed because they knew Kwang Soo will be chosen for the penalty since he's unlucky. We all gathered to the roulette and Jae Suk spin it. Kwang Soo was chosen. We all started laughing at him. He started cursing because he didn't want to go for a penalty. The other roulette was brought in and Kwang Soo spin it next. HaHa was chosen. " Okay. One of you might have a chance to be exempted from the penalty. For this episode, you must make each other happy by giving sweet words to each other or do anything else and all of you will be wearing a device which shoes your heartbeat rate. The person who has the lowest heartbeat rate will be exempted " Cheol min explained. " Wouldn't it be better if you just kill me instead? That way I will have the lowest at 0 heartbeat rate " Kwang Soo said which made all of us laugh uncontrollably. " We will be spending our day at a house and you guys can do whatever you want. You will have to sabotage each other if you want to get exempted. Now let's get into the bus and go to the house. There will be everything there including food so you don't have to worry " cheol min explained. We all got ready and went into the bus to go to the house.

We got into the bus and it suddenly got awkward since nobody was talking. Kwang Soo and HaHa got nervous. " I never told you what was the penalty about so now I'm going to tell you. The fans have given us some place for you to visit and It's quite dangerous but safe for you guys. At the end of the episode I will show you guys the penalties " Cheol min explained to us again. " What are you talking about? dangerous but safe for us? Is there such thing. You're always doing this to us. I just want to go home now " Jae Seok said agitatedly. We all started laughing but now there was silence again. " Dadada... hmmmm.. " Seok Jin was humming. " Oh! Oppa I feel like I heard that song before! * sings song * " So min sang.  Suddenly we all started singing. " Can we change to a nice song? " Jae Seok said annoyed. I started singing a random song and they were all shocked because I had nice voice. They listened to me and felt relaxed. Suddenly Jong Kook sang a Turbo song which made Jae Seok mad. " Ya! Jong Kook! Its always a song from Turbo! Can you change it! " Jae Seok said getting annoyed again.

Thirty minutes later

"Okay this is the house. You will be wearing the heartbeat rate device. Before you go in " Cheol Min explained. We were all wearing the device and we checked our heartbeat rate. It was average and we all went it the house. We sat down for a moment and sat in silence. " This is it? We can do whatever we want? " Jae suk asked. PD nodded his head. " Do you guys want to play a game? Maybe we try seeing who can sweet talk the best? " Jae Suk recommended. We all agreed and Se Chan started first. Se Chan did it with So Min. We all monitored both their heart rate. " So min. You look very pretty today " Se Chan said. " Am I not pretty every other day then? " So Min asked with her cute face. " Of course you are " Se Chan answered. " Im so annoyed at these punks. Can we have different people? " Jae Seok said cracking a joke. " Ya, shouldn't Jong Kook and Y/n try? Y/n has been quite quiet since just now " HaHa suggested. Jae Seok looked at Jong Kook and tapped him. " Sorry was somebody talking to me just now? what was it? " Jong Kook asked still being angry at HaHa. Jae Seok explained to him and laughed. " Is he really ignoring me? I was just joking then why is he so mad?! " HaHa said annoyed. Jong Kook and I stand in the middle. He asked me to ask him what he is doing. " Oppa what are you doing? " I asked. " Nothing except thinking about you " Jong Kook said. " What are you doing? " Jae Seok asked Jong Kook. We all laughed very hard because Jae Seok didn't like it. My heart rate didn't go up because I've heard that a lot from different people. " Oh, can I try instead? " I asked. They all nodded their head. " Oppa, did you just come out the oven? " I asked Jong Kook. " No? " he said. "   Really? Because you look hot " I said while winking at him. All of them was teasing Jong Kook while Jong Kook acted like it didn't affect him but his heart rate shows. It was quite high. " Wah... Jong Kook has a crush on y/n. Look at that heart rate. Is there something wrong with you? " Jae Seok teased him. " Ya, I've done it to HaHa. Do you want to be next? " Jong Kook asked annoyed. Jae Seok instantly apologized which made us laugh more. " The weird thing is that when I laugh it keeps going up higher. I think we shouldn't make each other laugh " Ji Hyo pointed out. " Is that so? " Seok Jin asked while taking out his phone. He showed all of us his picture.

All of us starting laughing and we couldn't stop. All of us showed pictures to each other but somehow Ji Hyo was the only one who was able to maintain her heart rate.
