chapter two: The truth hurts

It was early when Kyle got a text from his new boyfriend, he had asked if they could walk to school together. Not that they hadn't done it before, but now they would be doing it as a couple. Kyle got dressed in a white long sleeve shirt with a black puffer vest and green skinny jeans. He put on his black sneakers and ran out the door, almost forgetting his backpack. Stan was just locking his front door a couple houses down, they met in the middle. Kyle looked his boyfriend up and down, Stan was wearing a brown long sleeved shirt, blue jeans and his regular beanie with the red puffball. Stan held his hand for Kyle to take and off they went to school. They had only just become boyfriends the night before, but they already felt so much love for eachother. They always secretly loved each other, now they could actually show it. 

Kyle and Stan walked hand in hand through the school doors. People stared and started to whisper, Stan gripped Kyle’s hand tighter and they kept walking. Tweek and his boyfriend Craig stopped their conversation about guinea pigs and stars and gave Kyle and Stan a thumbs up, of course those two would be supportive. Bebe was talking with Clyde and Wendy with Token, all four stopped and stared just like everyone else had. The new couple waited nervously for their friends to say something. 

    “I knew you two were gay for eachother!” Bebe clapped happily while jumping up and down. Wendy put her arm around her boyfriend Token and snapped her gum. She looked the two boys up and down and smiled. 

    “Finally!!!” She squealed. “You guys are so cute together!!!” She screamed again. Token and Clyde rolled their eyes at the two girls screaming over the couple. They all continued to talk about the night before and what they all did, Stan and Kyle told them about their confessions and what led to them. The first bell of the day rang, meaning school would officially begin. 

The rest of the morning went by slowly, finally lunch rolled around and Stan and Kyle met up in front of Kennys locker. Again they were hand in hand, big smiles occupied their faces. 

    “Hey guys!! Kenny yelled over to them. They made their way across the hall of students to Kenny. Kenny saw his friends interlocked hands and started squealing like an obnoxious fangirl.
   
    “When, Where and how?!” Kenny wanted to know everything. A very well known laugh echoed through their ears. Stan and Kyle looked to see a friendly face walk up next to Kenny. 

Standing next to the tall blonde male, was a smaller petite blonde, it was none other than Kenny’s boyfriend Butters. The four friends walked to lunch together and sat down next to Tweek and Craig, while Wendy, Token, Bebe and Clyde sat across from them. All eating their choice lunches. 

    “Anyone seen Cartman today?” Kenny spoke up. They all looked around and shrugged. Tweek took a sip of his coffee before speaking and twitching. 

    “N-now that you mention it, he w-wasn’t in any of our classes.” Tweek said, his stammering and stuttering and twitching had gotten better since he started high school. 

    “Who cares, I’m glad we get a break from that bully! He’s so mean!!” Wendy blurted out, she dug into her meatloaf angrily, remembering the time she thought she liked him and actually dated him. It was shortly after her breakup with Stan, she however, did not like Cartman's behavior and quickly dumped him for Token.  

    “He’s such a dick, he tripped me in the halls yesterday after math class!” Bebe pouted as Clyde put his arm around her and rubbed her shoulder. Clyde saw it happen and immediately pushed Cartman away from his girlfriend. 

    “Of course he did! That’s so like him! Why are we even friends with that jackass?” Kyle said while he rolled his eyes and took a sip of his soda that he brought from home. Once again they all shrugged. Then Stan looked up from his tray. His eyes narrowed at the boy who made Kyle cry the day before.
