Kashima Ryuuichi and Kamitani Hayato are in their 2nd year in highschool. Both are classmates. Ryuuichi and his brother Kotarou was being taken care of the owner of the school since their parents died and his son also died in the same airplane crash. Hayato also had a little brother named Taka. His parents divorced. Both parents worked at the same school he was in.
Hayato is currently in the baseball club yet he signed up also in the babysitters club in a reason he, himself, doesn't know. He is known to be a scary yet popular guy with the girls. Ryuuichi is also popular with the girls for he is kind and gentle. Surprisingly, the two are close despite their opposite personality.
Hayato's little brother is also so fond of Kotaro and Ryuu that he always wants to play with them and if his older brother hit him in the head or smack him, he always run to Ryuu for back up knowing he will side on him.
Today, they all went to a vacation house near the beach. It was owned by the director's. She had business meeting outside the country for a whole month and she and her butler/assistant, Saikawa, will be gone. Since it was a summer vacation, she suggested for them to invite their friends and go on a trip to her vacation house.
This is where the club is now. Of course, the other babysitter, Usaida, is also there. Together with Hayato, Ryuu, Kotarou, Taka, Kirin, Takuma, Kazuma, and Midorin. For a whole month, the kids are left there since their parents also want to have a good time by themselves too and the kids doesn't mind it since they said they are with Ryuu-nii-chan.
So that is how three males looks at 6 little kids who are like a bunch of soldier formed together. Today, they were hanging by the beach side. The children are playing in the sand, forming sand castles and burying Usaida in the sand while he sleeps under their beach umbrella and the picnic mats.
Ryuu and Hayato are under the shade of the coconut tree not far from their Usaida. They're watching Kotarou and Taka beside the water who are looking for seashells. They laid their picnic matts there and just watch the scenes unfolding right before their eyes.
Everything is calming and blissful when Ryuu heard a cry. A baby's cry. He quickly turned his head searching and looking for a baby when Hayato noticed his frantic state.
"What are you doing?" Hayato asked the now panicked Ryuu.
"Can't you hear that, Kamitani!? A baby is crying!" Ryuu stood up by now and Hayato focused his hearing and heard it too.
"Taka! Kotarou! Come here!" Ryuu called the babies. Both turned around and went to him.
" Let's follow the sound." Hayato suggested. They both looked around not far from the others when both kids saw a little girl sitting and wailing under another coconut tree.
"Ryuu-nii-cha! A baby is here!" Taka called out. Both males turned around and went to them.
"Good job! Taka! Kotaro!" Kotaro was frozen for a moment and offered his hand to the little girl who stopped wailing when she saw a hand in front of her.
She then looked at the people in front her noticing the two teenagers she started to cry loudly again but what shocked them is when she did the unexpected and called them the names they never thought of.
"Mama! Papa!" The little girl ran towards the two teenagers and both cried into their laps, completely ignoring the two boys who were shocked at what she called at their brothers.
"WHAAT!!?" Ryuuichi shouted. Being shocked is an understatement at what she called them. Both were shocked at what the little girl said.
"Uhmm.. hey! We're not your Mama and Papa. But maybe we could help you find them." Ryuu said trying to calm the little girl down who stopped from wailing and looked at the two.
"Mama! Papa!" She pointed at the duo.
"But we're not them." Ryuu insisted but the little girl wailed again for her so called parents doesn't believe her. Hayato just sighed and took the frozen Taka and Kotarou.
"For now, let's go back to the house with her. Maybe she'll calm down there. Besides, the sun is setting. The others maybe looking for us by now and Usaida may not be awake yet." Hayato said and stood up. Ryuu nodded and took the little girl in his arms who by now was just shutting her eyes and tears are still streaming down her face.
When they went back to the others they saw Usaida still sleeping. The kids were crying not knowing where the two take off. But when they saw them, they quickly ran and clinged to their legs. Hayato went to Usaida and kicked him to wake him up. Still harsh as ever.
"Hayato-kun~~ why did you do that?" Usaida yawned. He was about to ask another question when he saw the little girl in Ryuu's arm.
"Who is that, Ryuu-kun?" He asked.
"We don't know. We found her near the beach all alone and we brought her here since the sun is setting." Ryuu explained. Hayato told them to come back to the house in which they did.
They're beat just by looking out and playing with the kids and finding a little kid who suddenly thinks you're their parents is still mind blowing.
