Izuku Midoriya stepped into the house he lived in and heard the clink of two glasses fall to the ground in the kitchen before shattering against the tile. Gulping away what fear was in him, Izuku crept slowly down the hall, careful to not make any sound as he assented the stairs. He made it to his door before he felt a hand on his shoulder and nearly screamed in fear, until he saw it was his mother.
"Mo-om! You scared me. What was that crash in the kitchen?"
Inko gave no response, just holding his shoulder and staring at the floor for a good two worrying minutes before her head snapper up.
Those are not my mom's eyes.
Izuku pushed away the woman in front of him who was a doppelganger and attempted to run to safety. He heard the cackling of something inhuman as he got out of the house and locked the front door, trapping the thing in his house there. Picking up his phone from his back pocket, he heard the thing start to scratch at the wooden door between them.
"911, what is your emergency?"
"Uh... So I don't know how to put it into words but I need someone to get ride of, what I think is a class 3 bio experiment in my house."
"Pardon?"
"I just came home from school and it was in my house. It looks identical to my mom, but I knew immediately that it wasn't her. I think she may have been experimenting in creating some clone like things in the basement. I have no clue what is going on. Just that this thing tried to attack me when I nearly made it to my room."
"Uh... Do you know where it is currently?"
"Yes. It is on the other side of the front door currently scratching at it in a attempt to get to me."
Putting his phone up to the door he was blocking, the officer heard clear scratching noises.
"We have a group of officers already on your way. They should be there in 5 minutes."
"Okay. I will stay on until they arrive so you confirm that I have not died."
The one on call laughed at Izuku's joke before asking the standard questions.
"May I ask your name?"
"Izuku Midoriya. First year student at UA Acadamy, Class 1A."
"Ah. Hero Course student then. Very well, they should be close enough to hear."
Izuku heard sirens coming thier way before the sirens turned off and approtched down the street. Izuku hung up the phone as he ran to the sidewalk and watched the police immediately start thier work.
The second the door opened they apprehended the thing, before they did a search. They only found a note for him.
Izuku, if you get this, then that means I am not home. It also means that I have left the place. I am sick and tired of hearing you day in and day out repeat the promise of becoming a hero. You will never be a hero. You will never by my son. You are a failure to me. I can't believe I tried to keep you as you have been an utter disappointment to me since you were four. I played nice for you, but I can't stand you obnoxious smiles. This means I have left because you failed my expectations of being a good son.
I hope you learn something new. You should stop trying when you can so you dont annoy everyone else around you. Also, I have dropped my custody of you since yesterday. I left for the bahamas. I will never see you again. Don't attempt to contact me. Also, I hope you die by my thingy.
Inko Midoriya
Izuku's heart was shattered. That creature... She planted it to kill him. Tears fell down his face rapidly as he handed the paper to the officer who was watching him read it. They decided to head to the station and figure figure it out there.
