We quickly ran upstairs and into my room, "Sorry it's really messy I know just try and ignore it" I said apologising for the state my bedroom was in.
"Oh, don't worry it's fine mine's a whole lot worse a lot of the time. I only made it tidy for when you came round because I wanted to make a good impression on the most beautiful girl in school", he said quite boldly before taking my hand in his and leading me over to my bed for us to sit on.
We talked about what we wanted to do tonight and we settled on Netflix (who wouldn't to be quite honest). We went back downstairs and I fetched the popcorn while Charlie said he would get us some hot chocolates with marsh-mallows.
I was just opening the cupboard when I felt his breath lingering on my neck, "I know you're there Jones" I said smirking whilst carrying on getting the popcorn out.
We both walked back up the stairs with the drinks and popcorn and put them down on the bed. We got comfy and on the bed leaning on my pillows and chose a film.
"What do you wanna watch babe?", Charlie said whilst pulling me in closer to him so his arm was around me and my head was buried in his chest.
"Um I could make you sit through Frozen but I'm gonna be a nice girlfriend so whatever you want", I asked looking up at him. He looked so fit and he gave the best cuddles.
"Well I've never seen frozen before so sure why not anything for my little Ava"
I blushed before we put the film on and I got snuggled back up to him. We put on the sing-along version because why not, it got to the duet between Anna and Hans and I made him sing it with me for the jokes. Turns out he's actually an amazing singer, "What the hell why didn't you tell me you could sing like that Charlie" I said excitedly whilst trying to take in how good he was.
"I guess I'm just shy.. and I'm not even that good anyway", he said with a sad look on his face.
Is he kidding like seriously he's amazing! "With a voice like that how can you not be confident?"
"Quite easily actually", he said turning a pinky colour.
"Anyway maybe we should get back to the film ay jones"
We cuddled back up together and watched the rest of the film. When it finished Charlie's phone buzzed; it was a text from his mum
Mum:
Me and your sister are having a girls weekend away so you can have Ava round whenever you want, love you xx
Charlie:
Okay thanks mum xx
He showed me the texts and I text my mum to ask if he could stay over at mine for the night as it was getting late now anyway and we didn't have school the next day. She said he could so we quickly walked round the corner to his and he grabbed some clothes and things he needed and then we came back to my house and got ready for bed.
I thought it would be better if I got changed in my bathroom and he got changed in my room, although I did wish I hadn't when I came back in the room and he had joggers on and a bare chest.
We got into my bed and watched a few films while cuddling and ever so often he would give me sweet little kisses before I fell asleep in his arms.
