*Chan's POV*

"Chan it's time  to go" one of the staff said. The loud music had us all captivated as we watched the performance infront of us. These scenes had become all to farmillar to us now. The strobing lights, the thudding of the music that makes your whole body vibrate and the cheers of the thousands of fans.

At first to be invited to an award show like this would be an incredible oportunity but now it has become boring and tiring. Don't get me wrong Im honored to be here but every show was the same. Same acts, same people, same performances. I glance at the boys chuckling as Jeongin was leaning on Hyunjin's shoulder, Changbin had a vacant look in his eyes. I nudged Jisung and Seugnim signalling them we needed to get ready. After a minute everyone was about to stand before an announcement was made from the MC.

"Well everyone we hope your enjoying the evening" the arena was full of cheers. "well we actually have a special suprise for you all" The cheers were getting louder and louder. We all sat back down curious. "Please give a warm welcome....Yoon Y/N" The arean was going crazy at this point. The lights started to dim and everything went silent.

A light shon in the middle of the b stage as smoke filled the ground. Her tiny frame appeared from under the stage. It was simple but captivating. The biggest female kpop Idol was performing live infront of us. It was very rare for her to attend to public events such as this nevermind perform. No one knew the reason why, we just put it down to her overloading success. We were from the same company but in the 10 years we been there I have only ever seen her once or twice.

I couldn't help but smile at the performance. She had been on the stage for 20 minutes and wasn't showing any signs of slowing down. The performance started slow and elegant but the temperature was rising as back ups started to appear and the music getting Iouder. "Hyung?" I felt a pat on my shoulder looking up to see Felix stood alone. "Come on we need to get ready" quickly standing we make our way backstage.

"Why are there so many staff here" Felix asked. I shrugged not to bothered entering the waiting room where the next acts wait and the ones performing rested. The stylists dressed us as we started warming up doing little rehersals. "Okay Stray Kids Your up in 3 minutes" one of the staff shouted. We checked our mics and waited for the que. The music had stopped and the back up dancers were running past us. The voices from the Mc's now filling the large are.

Doing final checks we went to do our cheers befor a loud male voice boomed through the room "Everyone get out the way. We need water and air" he said and afew staff started scurrying around. He ran in the middle of the room with her small body in his arms. It's a scene we had all become acustom to but for some reason you were different.

We watched as your damp lifeless body was lay down. Exhaustion it was a killer but to be expected after a performance like that. I couldn't stop staring at your face. So delicate and peaceful. We watched as they put the air mask around your face. Pulled out of my daydream we were pushed out onto the stage. The music started adrenalin filling my body.

*Y/N POV*

You eyes slowly open as your met with the eyes of your manager and stylists. "Hey how you feeling" your manager, Tae-ji asked removing the cloth from your head. "I'm okay" you said sitting up slowly. As soon as you did two staff ran over with fans whiIst your stylists get you back in your dress re-arranging your hair and touching up your make up.

You glance in the mirror flattining out your very tight fitting black dress. your hair was pinstraight cascading down your back. "Gi how long was out?" You ask your stylist. She was your closest friend and had been working beside since debut. "only a few minutes but we will have to let the last act go back before you can so you have a few minutes to breath" She said making you laugh.

After 10 minutes Tae-ji comes back out. "Y/N you can go back now" he said giving you a smile. Your heart started racing at the thought of going back to your seat alone. Anxiety getting the best or you you rub your heals against the ground making sure they were stable. "Come on Y/N we put you in worse than them, you'll be fine" Gi said noticing your nervousness.

Straightening your back you hold your head up high walking back into the large space. The second you were visible the crowds started going crazy. You head towards where the idols are sat and saw your previous seat with your name on the table. You bow to the other Idols as you pass taking your seat. You glance at the groups all smiling and laughing together. You were always envinous of groups and how close they all seemed. Sitting alone readjusting your dress feeling slightly uncomfortable due to the length.

Before you could ask a member of staff appeared next to you with a blanket and a few bottles of water. She placed them infront of you and you thanked her. You could feel the glares from the other female idols thinking you were getting prefereitial treatment. Its true some companys would go out there way to make sure you were looked after but this wasn't the case here.

You glance down at the cream coloured drape blanket. In the corner your initials were stiched in gold thread. It was a gift from your grandmother when you first debut. Taeji carried it arround with him for occasions like this when you were nervous. Knowing she was with you, you smiled. You glance at the side of the stage to see him and Gi smiling at you. You mentally thanked them.

Tae-ji was a father figure for you since yours passed away when you were 4. He treated you like your own and genuinly Cared for you unlike some other mangers. As you eyes travel back to the stage you stop and meet a pair of chocolate brown eyes staring back at you. His long black hair covering the sides of his face. He gives you a cheeky grin making you giggle. You shake your head and look back atthe stage not noticing the other set of eyes watching you curiously.
