Draco:
"Welcome back to Hogwarts everyone, We will start with sorting the new 1st year into their house, after the welcome feast, I would like 8th years to stay behind, so I can tell them about sleeping arrangements." Said Professor Mcgonagall. She went over to collect the battered old worn sorting hat, placing it on to the small stool, where the first year would sit, awaiting their fate. Discovering where they belong. I could remember back to when I sat on that stool, waiting for it to tell me that I belonged in Slytherin. I was Draco Malfoy, where else would they put me? Highly doubt I had the makings of some Gryffindor.
" Smith, James." Said Mcgonagall.
A boy with short brown hair, who was quiet small for his age, went and placed the sorting hat on to this head.
"Hmm... So much courage but I see you have a passion for knowledge.... Ravenclaw." Shouted the Sorting hat, the small boy went to sit at the Ravenclaw table.
"Earl, Amber." Said Professor Mcgonagall, a blonde haired girl with green eyes went and placed the sorting hat on to her head.
"Slytherin." The hat yelled before it could even touched her head.
Seven girls, five guy was sorted into Gryffindor, six guys into Hufflepuff plus four girls. Four guys and six girls into Slytherin. Five guys and four girls into Ravenclaw.
"You may now begin." Said Professor Mcgonagall, clapping her hands.
The food soon appeared, there was so much to chose from. Theo had already begun eating. It felt different not having Crabbe and Goyle around, sure they wasn't the smartest lads but they still was missed. After Crabbe's death, Goyle didn't think much for caring about Hogwarts anymore. I guess he didn't want to return without Goyle by his side.
"Any girl fit your interest this year?" I heard Theo ask Blaise.
"I think I need more time to decide, some of them have changed a lot, some well not so much." Said Blaise.
"Guys, you've like just got here and your already on about girls, typical." Said Pansy.
"Well what else did you expect." I asked Pansy.
"Yeah I guess you have a point." Said Pansy.
"You like anyone Pansy?" Asked Blaise.
"Nope not at all." Replied Pansy.
"You say that but your eyes, where ever they glanced to, tells me something completely different." Said Theo.
"Well sorry, I wasn't staring into your eyes as I answered that question." Said Pansy.
Soon enough everyone was finished and the table was once again clear, everyone began to get up, making their way out of the great hall except for the 8th years.
"I decide that we need more house unity at Hogwarts, the best way is for you to learn to share a room with people from other houses, I have three groups consisting of boys and girls. Not every group will have members from each house. Group one are Seamus, Dean, Trevor, Micheal, Ernie, Justin for the boys and the girls are Tracey, Millicent, Hannah, Leanne. Group two boys are Zacharias, Wayne, Kevin, stephan, Anthony and girls are Megan, Susan, Mandy, Morag. The last group is Harry, Ron, Neville, Theo, Draco, Blaise for the boys. The girls are Hermione, Lavender, Pavarti, Pansy, Daphne, Padma, Lisa." Said Professor Mcgonagall.
Everyone started to speak as soon as she had finished reading of the groups, I couldn't believe that I would be stuck with the golden trio and even share a room with two of them plus Longbottom as well. Only good thing is that Blaise, Theo and Pansy, will have to go through the same stuff as me.
"Silence, group one you will find your common room located on the 3rd floor, group two yours is located on the 5th floor and group three yours is located on the seventh floor, you may now all leave, your password is on the piece of paper in front of you." Said Professor Mcgonagall.
I looked at piece of paper to see unity written on it, trust us to get such a cheesy password. I wondered if the other groups had the same type of passwords. I started making my way to the seventh floor. I guess the way I spotted the entrance, was because of the letter 3 engraved into the wall. To anyone it would look like someone engraved the number into the wall them self but I knew different.
"Unity." I said.
A golden door soon appeared. I entered into the room it was nicer then the Slytherin common room. The walls were white with golden swirls, the fireplace was huge, the colour black. The sofa and chairs were a nice white colour. The place looked rather modern compared to the rest of the castle. I went up the stairs entering into the boys dorms. The room was huge consisting of six double beds. The three on the right side of the room had red covers and pillows, with golden curtains around the bed. The three on the left side had green covers and pillows with silver curtains around the bed. At the far end of the room was a door. I entered through the door to see 3 more doors, looking through each door I saw a shower, bath and toilet. I left the bathroom and climbed into the bed on the left side closest to the bathroom door.
