Things were going pretty well following the wedding. Everyone seemed happy. Tara & Eggs were going strong and still lived with me. Sookie moved out to Bills place. He placed the house under her name to protect her. She had to invite him & Jessica back in. We threw them a house warming party for them. It was a small gathering with our family, Tara, Eggs, Lafayette, Jason & Hoyt. Eric came as my date & behaved for my sake. I was proud of him & enjoyed our time.
Our relationship was going pretty well. Eric was slowly opening up about his human life more. I appreciated his comfortableness with me. I was trying to be open as well. I felt so guilty for lying for so long. But, I had good reasons for being secretive. I planned to come clean over a special dinner. I planned for a nice outing on Bill & Sookie's upcoming 2 month anniversary.
I was anxious for the days leading up to it. The 3 of them teased me from time to time. I made sure that Eric didn't see my flusters. When the day came, I made sure that I got the night off. I had to come in early to be off by mid-afternoon. I grabbed my duffle bag of spare clothes & called a cab to Eric's.
I ordered some groceries to be sent on the way. I quickly hauled them in & started cooking. I got done an hour from dark & freshened up. I returned to the kitchen to double-check the food & set the plates. With everything set, I took some shots for liquid courage.

"Don't screw up. Don't screw up." I mumbled
"What are you worrying about now?" Eric laughed as he crept up on me. I struggled to not spit out my drink.
"This bloody dinner. Give me a break." I crossed my eyebrows
"I'm sure you did a wonderful job. Now, I need a shower. Shame, you couldn't join me." He purred as he wrapped his arm around me
"Sorry, you big perv. Now get into that shower so we can eat." I laughed as I pushed him back
"Fine, you tease." He laughed before pinching my bum
"Creep!" I screamed as he sped off
He came back 20 minutes later & teased me back with his outfit choice. He picked his tightest pants with a black tank top & casual black business coat. The all-black attire looked amazing on him. He noticed my gawking & gave me hell. But, he complimented by setting skills.
The night went well as he watched me stuff my face. I made his food raw & extra juicy. He appreciated the sauce as he slurped up the blood. He kept the innuendos to a minimum but ramped them up at dessert. He enjoyed dropping bits of food on my cleavage & feeding them to me. When he finished the plate, he helped clean me up before leading me to the couch. We snuggled together for some peace & quiet.
"This was a lovely night." He smiled as he lazily traced circles on my back
"I'm glad you enjoyed it." I replied as I moved to straddle his lap
