P.S. I'm aware that Raccoon City is also a fictional city in the video game Resident Evil (I love these games btw ^o^) but really they're just two words stuck together. I used raccoon coz I wanted to imply that it's a city full of secrets (it is said that raccoons look like they're wearing a mask, so XD) and 'city' is just a generic word I wanna use.
This ain't an RE fanfic. There may be similarities coz tbh this was kinda inspired by RE, but I assure you all of this is coming from my own wittol head. :D
