03:38am -Main Mansion
Jungkook's POV

I walked through the thick tall trees, filled with leaves, just as was expected for the end of a very warm summer.

It was really late at night. I wasn't supposed to have the night shift that day, but I had to switch with Jackson for one night after receiving Namjoon's message.

Two days before I went to the edge of the property, the grid, where I usually exchanged stuff with the man assigned to give my teammates my letters. He had given me a small note telling me to be in the middle of the forest, on that exact place at a certain hour of that day. I found it weird at first, since I knew if Namjoon was coming to me he'd be risking everything, yet I also trusted his actions and knew that if he thought it was necessary, it was because it really was.

2 weeks had passed and no progress was made. I'd tried to back away from Lizzie, because Y/N couldn't suspect me having a relationship with her. Lizzie appeared to be confused at first but she didn't make much of a deal of it, since she probably knew Y/N had spoken to me about her.

Y/N had not been in the Mansion for the past weeks and when she was, she didn't leave her office or room. Taehyung wasn't around either and Jimin was always in the Central Base, recruiting new people
to make up for the lost security.

I looked at the clock on my wrist and then around me, checking if there wasn't someone following me. I knew it was unlikely since I was always the one assigned to secure that zone of the Mansion, but I couldn't risk it. As soon as it was 03:40am, I saw a form in the far, dressed in black. He was always exact on time.

'Hey' I mumbled as soon as I saw his familiar face.

'Hey' he said grabbing my hand for a hand shake. I smiled. It was nice seeing people I knew after the long time I'd been in the mission.

'How are you?'

'Fine' I nodded 'Why are you here?'

'I brought you some stuff' Namjoon said as he took some things out of the bag he was carrying on his shoulder 'You said you needed help, that's our job'

'Thanks' I mumbled watching as he took all the papers out.

'First of all, here are some files about some of the people you have around you. That includes this maid you've been talking about'

'Lizzie?' I asked as I opened the file, but he stopped me.

'Not now, we don't have much time' he stated and I just nodded, obeying him 'Jin did a research on her but there's not many things to find. We suspect there is another person in the Inner Circle, someone that keeps the information a secret and hides the Circle
itself from the world'

I shook my head 'Lizzie would have told me, besides I've never seen anybody else here'

'It's likely to be a secret member, maybe not even her would have known about it' He explained 'We think he's the one who's controlling the security on the house too, since it's unbreakable. He probably also watches out for everything in here, that's probably why Y/N says she's been watching you'

'Makes sense, as long as I notice, she's always working, she wouldn't have the time'

He nodded and went to the bag again 'I also brought you this phone, if you need to contact us more often or if you're in trouble'
