You're alone in your house when you hear a knock on the door. You open the door and discover an ancient looking wooden box. Imagine being in that situation, I can tell what it's like here's Ravens story. It was a normal night, maybe even too normal Raven was your average 15 year old boy, he's the type to wear shoes in bed, steal from a child and he's the smartest kid in his reading class. He's smart but he doesn't use his intelligence in the right ways, he's an atheist and a sadist but he always has a fear that he keeps to himself, he has Philophobia, the fear of falling in love, he would stress himself out and ruin everything if he did. Raven was home alone laying in bed, his parents worked late shifts monday-friday it was a regular Tuesday and he couldn't sleep. All he could think about was this one video game that he wanted for his upcoming birthday, in 2 days on october 1st of 2021 Raven would be 16. So many choices and so many thoughts flow through Raven's head, his thinking is interrupted by a knock at the door. He ran as fast as he could but when he got there, what he saw puzzled and shocked him greatly, there was a large wooden box, the size of his torso and it looked older than anything he'd seen before. There was no way that the person who delivered such a package could leave without a trace, Raven being the bad kid he is opened the box and he immediately came to the conclusion that it was something for him, it was a vial containing an green fluid, he didn't know what he was thinking at the time but he forever regrets what he did. He looked in the box again and there was a note that said "My little present, enjoy your new abilities Raven, go for a jog my friend try them out." "Is this some kind of joke!" Raven screamed outside in confusion. Raven swapped his outfit from school uniform to black jeans, a black button up shirt, and black air force ones. He ran as fast as he could straight out of his house for about 3 seconds and he realized that his surroundings have changed, he was in a town with advanced technology beyond his comprehension and people staring at him from every direction he looked, he may have been smart at the time but not even he knew where he was. The truth is, he just traveled 40 years into the future. "What do you want" he said in frustration after over a minute of people staring at him, as if being controlled, everybody that was looking at him immediately turned away and walked away. Raven knew it was rude of him but he grabbed a random woman by her shoulders and asked "What year is it?" The woman almost hit raven in the face but he dodged her as if he saw her attack coming years before it happened. "Woah" he said in disbelief as she repeatedly swung at him in frustration. He thought that she was just extremely bad at hitting people, but he will eventually learn that he is a son of the greek god hermes, this is an early birthday gift from his father. Raven ran to a Random man in a suit and as he reached the man, again his surroundings changed but now he was on a ship in the middle of a castle, there were knights with armor and a throne surrounded by swords that are stuck into the chair and floors, The knights pull out their swords in unison, Raven having no options left ran, straight into his home.
For some reason when Raven got home the time was the same as when he just went wherever he did and as he was walking back to his room he tripped over a caduceus made of real gold and landed straight on his face, he always had an interest in the greek god hermes, but he didn't know why,he didn't have a clue. As Raven got back up and got in his regular clothing, a black T-Shirt with the words Born To Burn written in red with flames he felt that something was wrong, and then he realized he was bleeding from his right wrist as if he'd been cut, but he couldn't feel anything. At this point he knew that something was wrong so he made his way to the hospital at a reasonable pace, and by the time he got there, 30 minutes later, the cut was gone, "I swear i got cut and i didn't feel anything, i'm not crazy believe me!" Were the last things I caught from Raven as I had a job to do. Protect Olympus. I tried Struggling and no matter how hard I failed, it's as if the Doctor was indestructible and I knew at that point that this place wasn't a normal hospital. I was put into a regular room where people get checkups, except of course, it was locked from the outside. I didn't find that strange because I didn't put thought into it but what I found strange was that, when I tried to run and ran into the door to get somebody's attention, everything around me changed, it's as if I teleported but I didn't know when. "Not again." I said in anger but only later did I find out that I wasn't alone in the group of people that have special abilities or strange items that acted upon their users' desires. Anyways I was in this sketchy place and right now, a week later I don't know where I was but they're were Vikings, anybody could recognize one right, alright if you can't imagine one I'll help you, a Viking has plenty of battle wounds whether it be cuts or scratches, the men usually have beards, they look like they have never showered, because they haven't, and they always have a type of armor called lamellar, which is pieces of metal sewn together or they had leather or chainmail. Anyways of course I was attacked and this time I decided not to dodge but. I decided to counter as well, as I evaded the Vikings left hook I threw my right fist upward, this was my attempt to uppercut him and I could tell that something was definitely wrong with me, it was a direct hit and he flew upward so fast that I thought I missed until I looked up and saw him fall straight down into the river ocean. For some reason all of his Viking companions weren't aware that he was gone, so I tried to jump from the boat into the ocean because I knew however I traveled involved running, I was right, as I jumped the air felt different and in a blink I crashed into the door, knocking it down. Well at this point I didn't care about how peculiar I seemed, I walked straight down a Very long hallway, literally this hallway was longer than your average entire apartment building, there were so many patients locked in these rooms that didn't even have windows. As I proceeded I left through a fire escape, realizing I came up from the first floor to the 5th when that doctor incapacitated me and brought me to this room. "Somethings wrong but nothing has ended up in a bad way" I said to myself as I walked straight into traffic, a car hit me but as soon as the car came into contact with me it was flung away by some invisible force. At this point I expected to see unicorns fly across the sky, so I ran in my desperate attempt to find who did this to me and to nobody's surprise I ended up in a different place. For some reason this place seemed familiar and I just couldn't put my finger on why, no matter how hard I tried to. There were a lot of gold and marble palaces on top of a mountain taller than Mount Everest, somehow this mountain wasn't discovered. Anyways I walked up an endless set of marble stairs to find a man sitting with his back faced toward me, looking at a fire that was being tended to by a woman that looked like she was in her mid 20s. I then said "where am I and why am I here". The man stood up and appeared to be holding a caduceus then he said "Took ya long enough, son" these words hit me like bricks to the noggin and as soon as I heard this I fell unconscious. 2 hours later when I was awake he appeared to be in a throne room with 13 thrones each with unique designs, I knew right then and then and there as he saw a huge throne with a literal lighting bolt in the center of all these thrones, the man spoke to him and said, "relax don't freak out" I caught my breath and was fine. We then had a conversation, to cut things short, this man was Hermes the Greek god of trade, wealth, luck, fertility, animal husbandry, sleep, language, thieves, and travel. And this woman was Hestia, the goddess of the hearth, home, architecture, domesticity, family, and the state, and She is a goddess of the Olympian generation. She was also way older than any woman in their mid 20s, and nobody saw Olympus because of an invisible mist called the mist, this made Greek creatures seem like everyday things to humans, a centaur(a person with the torso of a human and a was an ordinary horse, and somI know my story is wack aye
