"I've fallen out of love"
Hinila ako ni Neya nang kami na lang dalawa ang hinihintay nila. We have an outing today and it is already night as they decided to play a game para raw masulit ang time na ito.
"We will gonna play spin the bottle", sabi ng aming class president.
"Yuck, wala na bang bago? Di ba kayo nagsasawa dyan or...you just can't think another game, Miss President..hmm?", ask Carl...na hindi nabubuhay pag hindi binabara ang aming class president.
For what I can see, nagpapapansin lang yan, torpe kase...di pa umamin. He should be like me. I composed my courage to confess to the girl I like, and guess what...she was siting beside me.
Since the day I confess to her, palagi kaming magkasama, sabay kumain, nag-uusap tuwing gabi at ginagawa ang mga bagay na normal sa isang magkarelasyon. Although di pa niya ako sinasagot, I feel that she likes me too...I can see that through her will and actions when I am around.
"Psh..Stupid. Can you let me finish first?", sinamaan niya ng tingin si Carl na nagtaas lang ng kilay sa kanya.
"Anyway, as I was saying, we will gonna play spin the bottle....but not the truth or dare mechanics...iibahin natin siya para maiba naman...katulad ni Carl maiba.", she smirked at Carl like she smell victory.
"Tsk, you're right. Cause I am only the different one who loves pestering you", bawi naman niya na may kasama pang kindat. Hays nabubugnot na ako dito...that's why all of them look at me when I stand up.
"Hey, where are you going?"
"Do you think you can have my time flirting each other?"
"W-wait ,what? Were not flirting." Malamig ko lang siyang tiningnan. "Okay, I'm sorry...ito kasing Carl na ito palagi na lan---", she stop when she realized I'm losing my patience hearing her voice. "Ito naman, joke lang yun. KJ mo talaga."
"Axel, sit down.", napatingin ako kay Neya ng hilahin niya ang laylayan ng t-shirt ko. If it wasn't only for her I would not definitely stay here. I'm silent and cold towards random people even to my classmate, and only Neya can change my personality. They appreciating her because she can make me like that when they're having a hard time dealing with me.
"Okay..so this is the mechanics...when the bottle stop and pointed at you, you will choose any line of any song...and you will sing it in front of the one whom the song is dedicated. The better kung eye to eye para feel...obviously dapat within us lang ung kakantahan ninyo...bawal ang KJ...at mas lalong bawal ang umayaw."
"Pano kung sintunado?", sabi ng isa naming kaklase na mahiyain.
"Aba, GO LANG...Keri yan...malay mo chance mo na to para magkaroon ng love of your life!"
All of us laugh at that. "Ow...that's not all...after you sang, you will say if it is LEGIT OR NOT...which means...ung meaning ng kanta na dinedicate mo sa kinantahan mo ay kung totoo o hindi...and the choice is in your hands...And that's the real thrill of this game."
Napalingon ako kay Neya ng mapansin kong natulala siya bigla. Naalala ko na hindi siya masyadong nagpaparamdam sakin lately...But I think it's nothing serious...besides she's here with me. Siguro iniisip niya na kung anong kakantahin niya mamaya. A ghost of smile escape from my lips when I felt the excitement on what will happen later. It's good I didn't leave, huh.
The game started. Our class president spin the bottle...huminto ito at tumapat sa kaklase naming mahiyain. I can see that her face is getting pale and nervousness can clearly seen in her eyes. Unti-unti siyang humarap kay Kyle, her bestfriend and the only boy she's close with in our class.

Although, the original singer of that song is a boy, her version is so nice that everyone got amused. Then she said looking directly into her bestfriend eyes, "Legit". Dahil dun namula siya sa pagkatyaw mula sa mga kaklase ko.
The bottle was spin by her and it stop at Carl's direction. Carl smirk as he face our class president who don't seem shocked on his sudden move. "Bahay kubo, kahit munti ang halaman doon ay sari----". "Gago!", she cut him of that's why Carl started to laugh as well as the rest. After a second, he became serious.

That made our class president gasp... actually even us. Looks like he knows he's late to confess cause someone already own her girl. Gago kase eh...napakatorpe. Nakakausap at nakikipag-asaran na nga, di pa umamin ng mas maaga. After the long silence, he still managed to say, "oh natahimik kayo?, di pa tapos uy...di lang ako ang aamin dito noh."...and the game continue...Tama nga na may thrill to dahil halos lahat ay napapaamin ng wala sa oras.
In the seven'th spin of the bottle, it finally pointed at Neya. Nagulat pa nga siya eh at natawa naman ako ng bahagya. Excitement arouse again in myself as I keep not to smile when she face me.
Talagang nagulat ako sa kinanta niya, 'ah siguro kinanta niya to dahil wala pang pumipili ng not legit', turan ko sa isip ko.

Her voice sound a lullaby to my ears. I want to always hear her voice that calms me down. But her voice to say the next word, slowly breaking my world into pieces.

She look intently at me...there's sadness in her eyes...na pinipilit ko lang isinasantabi nitong mga nakaraan. I thought we were okay, but no...I-I guess..I'm afraid we were not that really okay.
Lumambot ang mata ko, wala na akong pakialam kung makita nila akong ganito ang ayos...nagtatanong ang mga mata sa kanya...I can't believe she said those.
