Diagon Alley

First off, I want to begin with somethings that will be in this story and also thank you for reading this.

E/C: Eye Color The main POV will be Y/N but when I switch to a different POV the spelling will be customized to their accent. So if I go to a Harry POV color will be spelled colour and so on.

Authors notes will be in bold and in parentheses unless it's the intro or outro. Thoughts will be in Italics.

Now without further ado lets get into the story.

Y/N POV

I was eating F/B when I looked at the clock and saw that I had 30 minutes until I had to leave so I decided to leave the kitchen and go back to my room. When I got to my room I left the door cracked so I could my hear my mom call me when it was time to wait outside for the bus. I sat on my bed and took the book I was reading off my nightstand and began reading. I was reading 'Harry Potter and the  the Sorcerer's Stone by J.K. Rowling' I'm rereading the series because it's my favorite. After about 28 minutes my mom calls up to my room.

"Sweetie you need to go wait for the bus. Make sure you have everything cause I won't be able to drop it off to you if you forget something," she yelled from where I think is the bottom of the stairs.

"Ok Mom I'll be down in a second let me grab my shoes and backpack," I said putting my bookmark in the book and put it on my nightstand. I then got up out off my bed and went over to my full length mirror to observe my outfit.

(Pick either one but the pants don't have holes due to dress code of the school also yes Y/N is a 6th grader and starting middle school I tried my best to find age appropriate clothing for an 11 year old. Also the shoes aren't on yet.)

After observing myself in the mirror I go to my closet to get my shoes and put them on. As I'm trying to put on my right shoe I loose my balance and fall forward into my closet I stick my hands out to catch myself so that I don't hit my head on the wall. Instead of my hands hitting the wall they hit chilly air. I stumble forward and look up I then put on my left shoe and look around. I see what looks like a shopping area. I look for a street sign and I find one it says Diagon Alley.

"Wait a second isn't Diagon Alley the street from Harry Potter where the witches and wizards buy their school supplies?"I think. I begin to walk around looking to see if any of the characters described in the book are here. I walk near a place called Gringotts Bank I see two people come out. One is an tall man with a beard and the other is a skinny boy about my age with glasses and a lighting scar on his forehead.

"That boy looks like Harry Potter with his lighting scar,"I thought. I walk up to them. "Excuse me do you know where we are by any chance?"

"We're in Diagon Alley o' course. Are yeh American?" The man with the beard asked.

"Yes I am, but could you tell me what city we are in?" I asked curiously to know if Diagon Alley is actually in London.

"We're in London, England. Are yeh lost?" The man with the beard asked who I think is Hagrid, Hogwarts gamekeeper.

"I don't know exactly. I was in my room one minute then I feel into my closet and appeared here," I said not knowing if what I said would sound crazy or not.

"Oh that's weird. I'm Hagrid, what's your name?" He said.

"I'm Y/N L/N," I said smiling glad to know that the man was indeed Hagrid.

"I'm Harry Potter, I thought I would introduce myself as well," The boy with the lightning scar said.

Well that's a somewhat good start I think also I tried my best at writing Hagrid's accent but it may not be exact. I hope you guys like this beginning.

I may or may not have written this instead of doing school work.
