A/N: Hello everybody! This is my very first fanfic, so it's not going to be the best. But, I have a special someone helping me out with this fanfic, and that is @the_SRize :) I'd like to give a big thanks to Sean for helping me edit Dark Crisis, as im not the best with grammar and puncuation. So I give a huge thanks to sean for making Dark Crisis the best it could be, so be sure to go follow him :D

Also, there is going to be some stuff in this story that will make you go "hey that isn't in (name of region)!" Or "you can't do that in the games!" Keep in mind guys, this is my story and I'll do what I want with it. Have a problem with that? Go play the pokemon games yourself. Sound good? Good.

Pokemon and regions (including the term "Pokemon" itself) used in this story belong to Game Freak and Nintendo. In this story, I also use original characters that I own myself.

One last note! This story contains mild swearing, although it isn't too common. If you don't really like swearing at all, I advise you don't read this story. Anyway, Enjoy!

Jayden's POV

"I am Jayden Flynn, Pokemon master!" I said to myself while looking in the mirror, hoping no one will hear me. I brushed my light brown hair some more. My hair was the exact same color as brown fall leaves, which fit me well. I was always calm, peaceful, and thoughtful, just like fall itself.

After I finished brushing my hair, I put on my jacket and hat, then began to tie my shoes. As I was tying my shoes, I heard my mother calling me.

"Jayden honey, the party is going to start soon!" She called to me loudly.

"Yeah mom...I'll be there soon!" I replied, in a grumpy voice.

You see, all I want in life is peace and quiet, so parties aren't really my thing, especially ones as big as the New Year's Eve party.

After tying my shoes, i went over to grab my pokemon, Empoleon. It's name was Triton. I loved it so much. It was my only pokemon, but it was very special to me for that reason. It was very strong as well.

You see, I'm 14, so I got it a long time ago. I trained it a lot, which was pretty much during all of my freetime. I grabbed Triton's pokeball and went downstairs.

My mom saw me, and, as any mom would say when their child dresses up fancy, she says: "Jay, you look amazing!" In an enthusiastic voice.

"Yeah, thanks mom," I said in a grumpy voice while I hugged her. My mom returned the hug and kissed me on the forehead, but she could tell something was wrong.

"Is there something wrong, Jay?" My mom said in a worried voice.

"No.. It's just..." I sighed. "You know I don't like loud stuff..."

"Aw, Jay, Don't be a party pooper and stay in! Taylor is going to be going! All of your friends and some of your relatives are going to be going too! You can't be like this!" My mom said. Immedialty after my mother spoke,I heard a voice behind me.

"Yeah Jay, like, everyone in Sinnoh is going to be going!"

It was Taylor, my nine year old sister. "It's going to be awesome!" Taylor said, very enthuatically. I sighed once again and finally agreed to going.

"Ok, fine..." I said, trying to sound enthusiastic. I let Triton out of his pokeball. He looked around confused, until he saw me and gave me a hug. "Triton its New Year's Eve! Remember?" I said to him. He smiled and clapped happily.

After my dad finished dressing up, he came downstairs and asked me if I was going to the party. "Yeah, Dad..." I said, once again trying to sound excited.

"Thats the sprirt, Jay!" He responded. We all decided to leave once the party started.

The first thing I noticed when we got there was what I always first noticed. The giant Dialga statue, rising slowly until the clock struck midnight.

So, dialga was the creator of time, so of course we dedicate a new year to him. Anyway, the statue rises and rises, until it meets its peak at 12:00, and when it meets its peak, it lets out a fierce cry. It's VERY loud. I would always cover my ears, but it never really helped.

There were a bunch of people having pokemon battles, eating, and playing games. I went over to my friends, but luckily, Taylor was friends with my friends' siblings, so we all went together in one group.

We ate, had a few battles, and played games. I'll admit, it was really fun. Once 11:59 came around, everyone gathered in one group surrounding the statue, and we watched it rise.

"5, 4, 3, 2," Everyone said in unison. But when it was 12:00 and the dialga statue reached its peak, there was no cry. It was pure silence, as if time itself had just stopped. Then, without warning, the Dialga statue collapsed! Everyone ran, and I looked back where the Dialga statue had landed and it seemed no one got hurt. But, I had a feeling someone was going to get hurt soon, because, on top of the tower the Dialga statue rested, stood a new figure. It wasn't a statue; its figure was definitely moving as it loomed over the people of Sinnoh. It was Giratina.

And that's the prologue! Remember, this is the first part to my first story, so I need all the feedback I could get! I need to know what I did right and what I did wrong.Anyway, be sure to vote and comment!
