Chenle ~ Comfort

"Uhhhh what's up?"

The Dreamies did not expect to come home to see their significant others chilling on the couch, watching a performance of Chewing Gum on the tv.

"We're trying to cheer up Y/N" Jaemin's boyfriend explained

When Chenle looked closer he saw that his girlfriend had tear tracks down her face.

"No! What happened to my baby?" He pouted and ran over to crouch in front of you.

"She failed her drivers test and that one jerk at school was - well a jerk"

"Well we cant have that now can we? Come here" he stood up in his spot and opened his arms wide.

With a small smile you clung onto him tightly, basking in the warm feeling he provided.

"That's literally the first time she's smiled in the hour we've been here what the hell"

"She's whipped"

And you walked out of the room like that, still clinging on to each other and stumbling over each others feet on their way to his room.

"Here why don't you take a shower hm it'll make you feel better ok?"

You didn't know how a shower would help but you trusted Chenle so you nodded at his suggestion. He ran some water and laid out one of his hoodies before heading back to the living room with the others.

Climbing out of the warm water and shivering slightly at the temperature change, you quickly slip into the hoodie. Feeling yourself relax, you smile at the love you feel currently.

Heading out of the bathroom, you wander down the hall to find your Chenle watching tv with his members. He's sitting on the very end of the couch and you join him, climbing onto his lap and cuddling up in his chest. He finishes the episode they were watching before placing a soft kiss on your temple.

"We're gonna go lay down, a nap might help her."

"You know if you're gonna cuddle you can just say it"

"You know what Jaemin shut up. I'm gonna go cuddle with my girlfriend."

The older boy smiles, glad his younger brother is being more open with his feelings and not shying away from them anymore.

Happy with the thought of cuddles, you dance into chenle's room and throw yourself on his bed before starfishing and waiting for him to walk in.

He giggles and plops down in the same way, before you wrap all of your limbs around each other, both of you clinging to the other person as much as possible. You wiggle around a little bit until you're comfortable, your limbs still wrapped securely around his. He smooths your hair with one hand while you play with his other one.

He starts talking about what happened during practice and the sound of his voice brings you comfort while you nod along to his story, feeling better now that he was here. The warmth from his body and his comfort feel like rays of sunshine on your face on a summers day and you slowly lull to sleep still in Chenle's arms.
