Annabeth's POV:
Dear Diary,
Today was just a normal day at camp halfblood, I was at sword practice when I saw him... ahh. When did he get so muscular? look at him! Maybe it's just because of the angle... wait WHAT. Stop Annabeth! Stop STOP. Percy is just your best friend, and I'm not sure if he feels the same way like I do... Percy has been my best friend for 4 years and I spent 2 and a half years having a huge crush on him! It started with a little crush then when we got older it's not huge. What should I dooooo. He has beautiful jet black hair, those sea green eyes that are just so perfect! I've been wanting to tell him for a long time now, but I still couldn't find the best time to tell him. Oh well, I'm a daughter of Athena and I always have a plan, but not particularly in this situation. Hm... I cannot let ANYONE, and I mean ANYONE read this diary of mine. It's private and it's for my eyes only. Oop it's time for archery practice, I'll try writing one tomorrow. Bye! (who am I even saying bye to, only I'll read it)

Archery time, it's not that hard. I can hit bullseye every single time (sorry for bragging). Not much of a challenge to me if I must say. Then I saw those Aphrodite girls (again), giggling and staring at MY best friend. I just hoped that Percy realised that I like him and not go for the other girls in camp. Sigh. Why is it that hard just to say it in front of him? I mean, he's my best friend and we've been closer than ever. Then I walked towards him and said, "Hey Seaweed brain, those Aphrodite girls are still giggling all over you." "Oh hey Wise Girl! It's good to see you! Oh I see that, they're all so annoying." Percy said with disgust. "Am I that good looking?" He smirked. "Yeah Percy, I guess that's why." I replied with sarcasm. "Aww come on Wise girl, you always stare at me when you get the time to..." Percy pouted after saying that. "I do not!" I'm pretty sure I was blushing like mad. "Whatever you say Wise girl, now let's get to lunch." Percy just smiled and we walked to the dining pavilion.
We sat in the Poseidon table even though we knew it was against the rules. But Chiron understood that we're gotten real close and didn't want Percy to be sitting alone in the Poseidon Table. After we ate we when to the canoe lake and went underwater. Percy then made a big air bubble around us while we when to the bottom of the lake. That was where we usually sit and just talk about stuff because no one was there to interrupt us, we were just alone. After that thought I blushed, Percy seemed to notice and asked, "Are you ok Annabeth?" I quickly replied "No it's nothing, I'm fine." That just seem to make me blush even more because he actually cared about me. We talked for about an hour and after that we headed back towards our cabins.
