Okay, so basically all the kids live in a care home that Lee is in charge of instead of a school. Clem has been here for a few years and others have come and gone, like Louis, Ruby, Sophie etc. Except Violet is the new one instead of Clem & AJ

Clem's pov

Great, another day in this shithole. I thought to myself as I woke up. I got up and decided to have a shower so I grabbed a towel and rushed across the hall hoping noone would see me looking all dishevelled. I locked the door and turned the shower on.

After about 15 or 20 minutes I finished in the shower and dried myself off when I realised I forgot to bring in a fresh set of clothes. Now realising that I would have to make the dash back to my room in nothing but a towel made me swear at myself before I sprinted across the hallway and made it to my bed.

I then emerged from my room in a pretty generic outfit. Just my t-shirt and some jeans, and of course my hat. As I walked downstairs I see Louis looking at me all weird, as usual every time he'd done something wrong.

"What now Lou?" I asked wondering what he'd done this time. He just kept smiling and walked away, so I decided to follow him. As we reached the kitchen I was met with Lee, the man we all trusted here, the man who if we had any problems no matter how big or small would help us get through it.

I then looked to his left and saw a skinny slightly taller than me girl. The first thing I noticed about her were her piercing green eyes. Her short blonde hair looked amazing and before I knew it I was just looking at her for ages until I was interrupted by a voice.

"umm. Hi" The blonde said timidly as she pushed a bit of hair out of her face.

"Hey. I'm Clementine, this is Louis. How are you?" I asked as I surprised even myself with how shy I was being, but I guess its just because she's new.

"So." Lee started as he continued whatever conversation they were having before Lou and I walked in. "This is Ericson's. As you probably know its a kids care home and you'll be staying here until either you're able to get a job and move out or you find a foster parent to live with."

"And when will that be?" Violet asked. "Legally you have to move out by the time your 18. And as for the foster..." I said and just shrugged at the last part. I noticed a heavy sigh escape her lips. "But who knows, maybe you'll like it here." I quickly added.

"Yeah, maybe" She said as she bit her lip.

After I showed her around as Lee asked me to, we decided to meet the others.

We walked into the lounge where most everyone else was, excepting Minerva, Gabe and Luke. Luke always came in to work here later when there was a new person, he says its to give them a chance to settle in. As for Gabe and Minerva. Who knows, they're always coming or going when it comes to the home.

Once everyone had got in, Violet walked in looking kinda sad and distant. Maybe she's not good with people. I thought to myself as I walked over to her. "Guys, this is Violet. She's gonna be staying with us from now on." I announced as I looked over to her.

She just looked over at everyone and scanned the room. "So. umm." She started as Louis interrupted "Louis. Pleased to meet you. I'm a pretty big deal around here. Pretty much everyone likes me, its just natural" He bragged being his usual self.

"Oh you are, are you?" Sophie interrupted. "I'm Sophie, that there's Marlon, Tenn, Ruby, Aasim, Omar, Mitch, Willy and Brody." She said as she pointed to each one respectively.

"Where's AJ gone?" I ask as I hear the door open and see a small child run in and tackle me to the ground. "Ah! AJ! What was that for?" I ask as Violet holds her hand out to help me up. I take it and feel how soft her skin is. I blush and internally scold myself for thinking like that, we only met an hour ago.

AJ just shrugs and sits down next to Tenn and Willy. "And that's AJ." I add as Violet looks at him. "Who's she?" AJ asks. "I'm Violet. I'm new, I'll be here for a while so I'd like to get to know you. All of you."
