I was sitting there on the couch (with my dad of course) and I was like "are they gonna answer or nah coz I'm getting ready to start rethinking my decision". My dad just glared at me, making me blink uncontrollably. I continued what I was doing when my dad's call finally connected

Dad: yes Mr Min
Mr Min: who is this
Dad: it's me lee jungseok
Mr min: Oh jungseok ah have u been well
Dad: yes I have been. Ok remember the net we made in college
Mr Min: I'm confused
Dad: the bet that if you won my son/daughter would have to marry your child and that we would combine our companies

Dad: well is that bet still valid

"Are u really that eager to give me away" I said to him. He glared at me again " I told you that our company needs this, I'm not eager. If there was another way, girl I would have done it" he said. I looked him up and down and went "mmmhhm sure, u think I don't know about your secret girlfriend", "huh?", he said confused. I was like "yep the one u thinking of that one. Ajumma with the really big eyes and elephant ears, yes that one", " u want me out so she can move in, huh?". He looked at me once more and said " she does not have elephant ears", "she does" I barked at him. He just turned and walked away while I stared at him " aiigoooooo that old man is a terrible liar🤦🏾‍♀️"

"WAKE UP!!!!!!" My dad was screaming outside my door. " Can you like go away and never yell at my door again" I yelled back at him. " I have no time to deal with your nonsense, now wake up get yourself cleaned coz my friend and his son are arriving today" as his voice faded away
