"Okay," Hana began, she paced around the small room of Weng's extra study (dedicated to Zulee), "There has been a change of plans. The war is coming sooner than expected, and we need to gather all of our allies."

Weng, then spoke up, "But, that is why you are all here, correct? You all came with Karr to gather my people to fight along side him to defeat the Fire Nation."

Everyone fell silent, "Karr is the Avatar, right? He is the one I am marrying?!" Weng looked around the group, but she couldn't get any answers out of them, "Anyone?"

"We'll talk about that later." Hana proposed, "Right now, we have other problems."

"And that is..." Hong urges, and Hana then began to explain, about the war coming soon, and how it will be much stronger than before.

Fen and Weng jumped in saying that's why they are gathering allies between the air, and water nations. However, that wasn't the allies they needed.

"You see, this war is different." Hana explained, "There are four sides to it, all with different reasons for fighting. There is no clear enemy."

"So what do you propose we should do?" Appa asked, and that's when Hana got down to business.

She told the group of how there is one person who has discovered a new element.

"The element of time..." Fen whispered, he then looked up at the pacing Hana a smirked, "I thought you didn't believe in it. Or in the legend of Zulee."

"Well yea, I didn't. It doesn't make sense how someone can just completely change character just by a 'vision' and apparently vanish into thin air. It just sounds like bullshit. No one with that kind of power he had would do that!"

Hong scoffed, "That's funny coming from you." He mumbled, "Karr, though, would love that kind of power." Karr shrugged. "Honestly, no. I'm fine with not being able to bend at all. I live a comfortable as it is."

All but Weng glared at the two. "Ach! Sorry, it was my fault!" Hong spoke, hiding himself with his arms, "So stop staring at me like that. You're killing me with your eyes. I'm dying!" Hong slowly 'melted' and leaned over Karr. He sprawled out, basically laying on Karr's lap as if he was really dying. However, only one of the two really felt as if he was dying, and it wasn't Hong.

Weng, still very confused, looked at everyone, "Wait, so Karr isn't the Avatar?" The rest sighed as they began to explain that they pretended that Karr was the Avatar, so that they could have the water tribes forces within this war, leaving out the part of who the real Avatar is.

"I actually posses no type of bending." Karr said, still red by the fact of the presence of another boy, who is now sitting on his lap.

Weng looked hurt, "So, you've tricked me? You guys used someone I actually knew, someone I already fell for to gain the trust of my nation? You guys were just playing with my feelings?!"

She ran out, leaving everyone else stunned by the fact she indirectly confessed.

Hana cleared her throat and quickly explained the rest of the plan. Saying that they will leave soon to Republic city, and from there they will find a way to contact anyone with information behind the legend. She then was about to head out of the room to run after her best friend, but was stopped by Fen, "I'll talk to her." He said and Hana nodded.

Fen left the room and roamed the halls, ultimately finding a sobbing girl sitting at the bottom of a grand staircase.

"Is this seat taken?" He asked as he sat down beside Weng. "Are you okay?" He pushed, but he got no response. So, he did what he does best. He got up and started showing Weng a few airbender tricks, finding a way to cheer her up.

Fortunately, it worked and Weng began smiling. However, there were still tears in her eyes. Fen pouted a bit and sat beside the princess once a again. He slung an arm around her shoulders to give her comfort and support. Weng, in return, fell into his embrace and hugged him, crying into his chest, leaving Fen a bit flustered.

"Do you want to talk about it?" Fen asked, trying to hide his shock, as he rubbed circles down Weng's back.

Weng looks up to Fen and wiped her tears, "It just hurts that I've been lied to. Hurts even more when it's my best friend, and..."

"The guy you like?" Fen cautiously asked. Weng nodded in return. "I thought that maybe, my life would be better with both of them beside me. But I find out that they both tricked me just because of my status. Do they even know who the real avatar is?"

Fen felt bad for lying, but then again, Karr doesn't even know the real reason behind all this. "We do." Fen spoke, and Weng widened her eyes. Fen continued, "Everything that we're doing is helping the Avatar. Even you're helping. You're important, and we would never use you. It's just that the Avatar is to afraid to reveal himself to the world. This is a war that the public knows nothing of. The Avatar is working the same way."

He held the girl tighter as he explained everything that will happen. He told Weng that they were going Republic City. He told that she can escape this place, and come with him to live a life worth living.

Weng agreed. Even if they lied, Hana and Karr are doing it for a good reason. It's hard to be mad at the two people that ever really treated her as a friend. She can't just abandon them. Plus, there are new faces that she wants to get to know more.

New faces like Fen.
