Percabeth ~ Confess my love ...to my best friend?

Annabeth's POV

After that mall fiasco, we went back to Camp Half-Blood to take a rest. I went back to the Athena Cabin thinking about what I'm going to do with Percy. I needed to talk to someone, to get some weight of my shoulders. I don't really have that much good trustworthy friends except Percy. Oh! I can Iris-message Thalia! I bet she's just pitching the tents, I'm sure I wouldn't bother her. I walked towards Thalia's Pine Tree with a small cup of water. "Oh Iris goddess of the Rainbow, please accept my offering. Please show me Thalia Grace." I shimmer of light came and I saw Thalia pitching the tent, like I thought so. 

"Hey Annie! What do you need?" Thalia started.

"Hey Thalia! I have an urgent problem I need to discuss with you, just to get some advice and lift the weight of my shoulders." I said, with a light blush.

Thalia frowned, "Is this a 'love' situation, because if it is I'm out." 

"No no no! I mean yes it's kind of like a 'love' situation, but you're the only best friend I got!" I pleaded her. 

"Fine Annie, but just this once. So who is it?" She said while acting excited.

"Uh um it's Seaweed brain" I mumbled on his name.

Her face when from fake smiling to pale. "THAT KELP HEAD?!?!"

"Yes, I mean maybe...?" I said, "and can you please quiet down? I don't want the entire world to know" 

"Ok fine, so what do you need, you've been best friends for a long time now! Just get the guts to tell him!" She half shouted.

"I know he likes me well at least I think so because one night Aphrodite came into my dream and gave me this temporary gift that I can read Percy's thoughts, but not all of them. I also don't know why I like him and what I should do now. I kinda want him to confess to me and not me confessing to him." I admitted.

"Ugh what is wrong with teenagers these days? All about love, blah blah blah." Thalia said, annoyed.

"Then what should I do?" I asked.

"Well, just wait. If you know that he likes you back, then you wait until he has the guts to ask you out. I'm sure he'll figure it out quickly. Even though his head might be filled kelp and seaweed, he still has a heart. He'll plan something, I'm sure of it." Thalia stated. "Wow when did I become a love guru?!? Annabeth, this is a one time thing and don't ever talk to me about it again. I'm still a hunter, not a love advisor. Anyways, I got to go finish setting up the campsite. Bye and good luck." she finished off with a wink.

Then she waved at the message and I was just sitting alone, at Thalia's pine tree. Am I still waiting for him to tell me? Or should I take the first step? Any how, I'll follow Thalia's advice and wait for him. Who knows what he'll do? He might not be that bright but he'll figure it out. Eventually. I'll just sit here, and wait.
